Sauber und gepflegt, allerdings ist das Hotelambiente mindestens 40 Jahre alt. Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr guter Lage von Tel Aviv. Das Hotel scheint sehr frequentiert zu sein und deshalb sind die meisten Facilities auch sehr stark genutzt und abgenutzt. Die Servicekräfte sind deutlich unter europäischen Standard, tun sich mit englisch schwerer wie mit russisch und würden eigentlich eine 3 Sterne Kategorie erwarten lassen. Würde ich das Hilton in Tel Aviv im jetzigen Zustand nochmals besuchen - Kosten-Nutzen Relation eher zugunsten des Betreibers - eher nicht.

Die nette und hilfsbereite Crew und das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Hotel machen das Hotel zur perfekten Oase in dieser pulsierenden Stadt. Beim Heimkommen kann man sich in der grosszügigen Gartenlobby neben dem Brunnen bei Kaffee und kaltem Wasser erfrischen. Die Dachterrasse unseres Zimmers war der Knüller und wir haben sie sehr genossen. Die kostenlosen Fahrräder, die tadellos funktionierten, fanden wir ebenfalls toll. Das Arbel ist das Hotel unserer Wahl in Tel Aviv und wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

I stayed at this hotel for 11 days as I was working in the area and didn't need or want to be in tourist area. The immediate area is busy with car and motorbike garages but that wasn't an issue for me. There are coffee shops and supermarkets in close vicinity to meet your needs. Sarona market and a large Designer Mall are just a short walk away. There are buses that will take you into Tel Aviv and the beaches. If you're brave you could take a scooter. I had a room only booking so can't comment on the breakfast, although it sounded pricey at 80 NIS a head. I had a fridge, coffee machine and kettle in my room, so I could purchase snacks for my own consumption. The hotel provided coffee, coffee capsules, tea bags of different sorts, water bottle and paper cups. They were happy to provide me with milk, but I purchased my own and kept it in the fridge. There was no hotel restaurant open the rest of the day, but you could use Wolt to deliver! My room was on 6th floor and had a balcony. The bedroom had a double bed which was very comfortable, a desk, large TV with multiple channels and Netflix and YouTube options. There was aircon, so it was easy to sit in doors for the day and work. The bathroom had a shower, toilet and sink, which were all clean and useable, there was a strange smell that I couldn't locate but it wasn't too problematic. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion were all available as well as clean small and large towels. I only managed to get to the rooftop pool a couple of times. The space is small and there are sunbeds and chairs. Opening times are limited to 10.30-5pm although I am aware that people were using it at other times. Clean pool towels are available with changing rooms and toilets. There is a bar although it wasn't open when I visited. The only issues were that there were no clothes hanging space, only a set of drawers instead I used the hooks in the bathroom to hang my work dresses. Also I had an electric failure of plugs for fridge and coffee machine/kettle - the staff moved these into the bedroom with the promise that this would be fixed and resited. This did happen, so I was happy that they kept their word. There is a safe in the room which is free to use. The cleaners came everyday, sometimes I was working in my room, but they were polite and friendly, so I want to say thank you for their hard work I was very happy at Jo Hotel, some staff were friendlier than others but I had little dealings with them most of the time. They were responsive if I did have any issues.

We booked 3 nights at this boutique hotel based on the mostly positive reviews on this forum. Our experience unfortunately was not so great. We checked in rather late in the evening at around 8.30pm. We were coming in from the bus station as we had crossed over from Jordan earlier in the day & we were exhausted & hungry. We were looking forward to a few comforts after some hectic days in Wadi Rum. The cab dropped us off on the street out front...there was no doorman so we dragged in our luggage into the small lobby where we were met by Adi at the front desk. He explained a few things & offered us a coffee but we wanted to just get into our room. What I found really strange was we had considerable amount of luggage but he didn't lift a finger to help even me & I was struggling. The room was okay size but the furniture was weird - supposedly designer but just plain Uncomfortable. They provided no baggage racks which meant all the bags on the floor which again is so inconvenient. For any decent hotel this a very normal requirement or at the very least provide a space for keeping big bags. We found that some of the toiletries in the bathroom were obviously used by the previous occupants of the room. The caps were not screwed properly & one of them was leaking. Housekeeping had not bothered to throw them just simply kept them there along with some fresh ones. Disgusting ! The next day I asked for an ironing board. The young girl, I think her name was Miriam looked a bit perplexed at first & then came back after a quite a while with an iron & a dirty old stained hand held board. Made me wonder people don't require irons ? We met the manager Tali the next morning....she wasn't too friendly or hospitable. Miriam was friendly & offered us some coffee. We enquired about a Sim & a Rav card & were told that we would have to look on the street for a phone shop. The location of the hotel is on a buzzing street full of cafes, shops & restaurants so we didn't have to walk too far to find a shop selling the cards. At the hotel they told us that we would have to go 10kms away about 25 minutes by taxi to find a Rav card recharge place. We are very well travelled & that just didn't sound right....the authorities are not going to make the purchase of an everyday travel card so difficult. The guy who sold us the SIM card told us we would find it at the pharmacy next to our hotel. I can't remember the name of the shop but it was literally the next building sharing a common wall. It was that easy....the girl at the counter was lovely & one of the customers in the queue offered to walk with us to where we were going as he was going that way. Didn't Tali know that Rav cards are available next door ? She's managing a hotel & she didn't know this very basic piece of information relevant to all tourists ??? When we came back in the late afternoon we found our room was not made up. The clothes line in our bathroom didn't work but despite repeated requests nothing was do

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Es befindet sich in dem, was der Herzschlag von Tel Aviv scheint. Drehen Sie links und gehen Sie 4 oder 5 Blöcke zum Mittelmeer. Oder fahren Sie rechts und gehen Sie durch endlose Restaurants und Leute im Freien mit einer wunderbaren Zeit. Das Hotel ist wirklich perfekt gelegen. Aber noch beeindruckender war das erstaunliche Personal. Mein Flugzeug kam um 4 Uhr und ich kam zum Hotel um 5 Uhr. Das Personal ging graziös voran und gab mir ein Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiter und der Manager setzten sich auf die Unterstützung mit Restaurant-Empfehlungen, einem nahe gelegenen Fitnesszentrum und einem Waschservice. Das Personal konnte nicht freundlicher und günstiger sein. Wenn ich nach Tel Aviv zurückkehre, werde ich nicht einmal ein anderes Hotel betrachten. Ich werde sicherlich wieder auf der Jacob Samuel auf Dizengoff Street bleiben!

Ich kürzlich im Link Hotel für Business erklärte Das Hotel sieht wirklich cool, und hat eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre Check war groß Ich hatte ein Corner Room Plus, und während es ein wenig auf der kleinen Seite (Sunk ist im Hauptzimmer neben dem Bett) Es war ein schönes Zimmer, Alles war gut ausgelegt und hatte eine gute Kaffeemaschine und komfortable Bett Es war ein großes 55” TV, das ich auf meinen Laptop anhängen konnte, um Filme Air-Conditioning war gut, aber ich hatte ein Problem, wo es nicht abgekühlt, Ich ging hinunter zum Empfang und die sehr freundliche Dame kam in mein Zimmer und prüfte und setzte die Einstellungen ein, sie bot mir auch, um Zimmer zu ändern, aber es war Mitternacht, so war ich zu müde, um Zimmer zu bewegen Empfangspersonal immer sehr freundlich und chattisch, eine Dame ins besondere (Ich habe ihren Namen nicht gefangen) sprach immer zu mir und half mir immer, wenn es nötig war und sogar mich in dem Zimmer für eine Stunde nach dem Auschecken Positives Modernes frisches Hotel, sehr hippig und cool Excellent Lage Gute Zimmer Excellent Personal Negative Keine ”traditionelle” Frühstücksoption im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Nähe Das ist meine Bewertung des Hotels, empfehlen Sie es sehr und ich werde wieder buchen, wenn ich zurückkomme

Dieser Ort ist eine große Überraschung! Das Gebäude sieht alt aus, aber wenn Sie in die Wohnung gehen, die Sie lieben 😍 Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt so sehr genossen! Es war das nächste zu Hause. Orly der Gastgeber ist so eine nette Person und ein wirklich betreuender Gastgeber. Wir werden zurück sein! Zimmer: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Lage: 5/5 Zimmer Wir blieben im Spaziösen Loft. Es war schön dekoriert und perfekt sauber. Das Bett fühlte sich wie es in Details wie für den Matratzetyp zur Auswahl der Pissen gepflanzt wurde. Die nächstgelegenen Aktivitäten Sarona Markt und alle Malle umgeben sind wirklich schön. Sicherheit Wir fanden Tel Aviv und das Zentrum ist extrem sicher. Walkability Die Wohnung ist im Zentrum von Tel Aviv und ist eine kurze Spazierweiterung von allem, was wir brauchen.
