I went to turkey with my sister and mother and we decided to stay at the best hotel in Capadoccia, we were really excited to do the ballon trip and get to know the beautiful town. Once we arrived to the hotel the treatment was terrible, they were very disrisispectfull with my mother who is able to walk but had a wheelchair for asisstance. The hotel later told the tour guide from the balloons that they should not allow my mother to go to the trip (without letting us know the reason) and saying there was no room. IMPORTANT TO SAY THE TRIP IN BALLOON WAS ALREADY PAYED AND RESERVED. Later the next day we asked if there was any news on our ballon ride and they said there was no space. we where very disapointed. Later on arriving back to mexico and having our travel agent call the hotel for explanation we learned the hotel staff arranged for us no to go to the trip. Instead of telling us its not recommended for older people or even just letting one of ride, knowing we had made such a long trip to go there. It was on my mothers bucket list and it is very sad to know that lack of sympathy and comunication did this. WE DID NOT RECIEVE ANY COMPENSATION FOR THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OR OUR MONEY BACK FOR THE BALLOON RIDE. We felt discriminated throughout the stay.

We recently enjoyed the hospitality of the exceptional team at Ariana Lodge. Our experience here has exceeded all expectations. The online booking process was easy, offering benefits for booking directly via the website. The communication during our planning process was virtually instant, with great consideration given to our questions and needs. The airport transfer was timely and professional in an air conditioned Mercedes van with a capable driver. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and just our luck to have a room upgrade provided - yay! The room was well appointed, clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows, with the fireplace adding to the ambiance on cooler evenings. Separate bath and shower, double basin, plenty of vanity space, and a separate toilet for added privacy. The most wonderful part of the room was its terrace and the views over Capaddocia - truly stunning. You can sit outside at sunrise and watch the balloons floating across this magnificent landscape. What a treat! The service was exceptional across the hotel. To give a shout-out to one or two people would be unfair as each and every staff member, front of house and restaurant, were brilliant: professional, warm, caring, genuine. We celebrated my birthday while here and the team ensured that this birthday will be a truly memorable one - so special! Das Grottenzimmer ist immer noch etwas nass und ein bisschen schlank und muss jeden Tag die Tür öffnen. Die anderen sind gut, das Personal ist enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, einige Terrassen sind nicht zu schließen. Große Hunde wie die Rezeption.

To start with, this is my first ever experience of a cave hotel! Unusual and impressive! The hotel is very conveniently located near the castle and top class restaurants. The staff are very friendly and speak perfect English. They told us about the area and its history even more than the tour guide! Breakfast was diverse and the choice of snacks was enourmous. We enjoyed the dried cherries most! Strongly recommend this place.

Das ist das beste Wohnerlebnis. Leider nur eine Nacht. Sie können den Ballon morgens sehen, nicht nur, sondern auch abends können Sie die schöne Vorderseite von Capadorian aus dem Zimmer und der Terrasse sehen. Das Zimmer scheint vom Besitzer entworfen zu sein, aber die Innenausstattung ist wunderschön und die Einrichtung von Möbeln ist auch sehr gut. Im nächsten Jahr scheint es ein Zimmer ohne Swimmingpool zu sein, also möchte ich noch mal besuchen.

Wir haben im September in diesem Hotel geblieben. Unsere Entscheidung basierte ausschließlich auf TripAdvisor Bewertungen und der Tatsache, dass dieses Hotel 4 Sterne bewertet wird. Wir hatten mehrere Fragen mit unserem Aufenthalt - Eins, das Hotel war auf einem Hügel ohne zugängliche Straßen gelegen. Es ist so stark, dass die Transfers nicht auf der Straße gehen und Sie müssen Ihre eigene Gepäck tragen. Zweitens ist das Hotel weit von Attraktionen in Cappadocia entfernt. Sie werden viel auf Taxis verbringen, um sich zu bewegen, und die Lebensmitteloptionen sind auch auf teure Restaurants beschränkt, die nicht unbedingt bessere Nahrung als ihre Gegenparteien näher zum Stadtzentrum bieten. Drittens, dieses Hotel war nicht eine 4-Sterne-Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war schlecht beleuchtet, es gab keine AC, und das Management war FAR von freundlich. Viertens, im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels in der Nähe, das Hotel hat keinen speziellen Shuttleservice. Schlimmer noch, der Hotelbesitzer hat mit unzuverlässigen Shuttleservices eingerichtet. Wir waren bereit, 4 Stunden vor unserem Flug zum Flughafen zu gehen - der vom Hotel organisierte Shuttleservice hat uns sehr spät aufgezogen, dann ein weiteres 12-15 Personen aufgezogen und uns 40 Minuten vor Abreisezeit abgelassen. Der Shuttle war eindeutig privat, aber der Hotelbesitzer bestand darauf, dass sie im Besitz des Flughafens und der ”nur” Shuttleservice verfügbar sind. So für die kleine Kommission, dass dieses Hotel den privaten Shuttle zu arrangieren, Wir haben fast unseren Flug verpasst. Nicht empfohlen.

Everything was perfect from start to finish, We arrived to a warm welcome from the hotel manager who kindly gave us some delicious soup, we were then showed to our room even though we had arrived a few hours befor the check in time. The room was amazing, spotlessly clean with beautiful views, some extra balloons and flowers had been put in the room as we had informed the hotel we were staying for our honeymoon, Soon after we had settled there was a knock on the door and one of the staff gave us a congratulations sign with some gifte and treats from the hotel we were very touched at how thougtful this was. The hotel manager had kindly booked and arranged all of the activities that we had requested which we throughly enjoyed. All of the staff were exceptional, and made us feel welcome, The breakfast was delicious, we had fresh eggs cooked every morning with a huge selection of savory snacks and sweet cakes to choose from. The building has so much charm and charecter, the gardens were beautiful and peaceful. I could go on and on about how perfect our experience was! We could not recommend this hotel enough for a unique and unforgettable stay!
