The Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas

This was the most magical experience, from the stunning, magnificent views of Himalayan foothills, Rishikesh and the Ganges, to waking up to a sea of clouds. The elevation and location of this resort was especially unique. The facilities were outstanding, the service delivery, cleanliness, decor ambiance and staff were of the highest standards, an exceptional experience. The staff paid special attention to details and tailored your experience making it special and heartwarming. A special mention to Suryaa, Rijo and chef Pankaj on their kindness and outstanding professionalism. The spa experience was divine as I was transported to a relaxing and serene state by the special expertise of Zwalli. There was a myriad of delicious cuisines from breakfast to dinner. All the Chefs were outstanding and often rotated through the dining areas checking in on your dining experience. As an international traveler from outside of India, this experience has been extraordinary, specifically over the festive season this was a true luxury resort experience to enjoy. I will definitely be visiting this exceptional resort again & telling others to do the same.

We spent 3 days at the resort recently and it was a memorable experience. The views are breathtaking and the rooms are neatly done. When it comes to hospitality, Priyanka and entire team set a high benchmark. The food is delicious with chefs reaching out with recommendations and taking constant feedbacks. They offer a bunch of activities to keep kids engaged. All in all a highly recommended property for a family stay and make profound memories. Keep up the good work team.

The entire team at the hotel was cooperative + prompt with happy to serve attitude + food was tasty and Variety was good too + rooms were specious and beautifully decorated + staff at bowling alley and TT was cool + SPA experience was relaxing ; want to extend special thanks to Miss Priyanka Bhanage from F&B was more than helpful and her presence made my parents more comfortable at the property. Highly recommend - spend at least 3 nights 4 day's at the property. Thanks to all Westin Team Members for making our holiday special.

This was an outstanding experience with the Westin Rishikesh. Ably led by Surya at the Front Office Operations and Rashi is an absolute star in the making. It was my mother’s birthday during this trip and the team did everything in their power to make it special for her. The spa was heavenly and the breakfast spread at Akasa was delightful. My parents are happy beyond measure and we would surely be back soon for another amazing experience. Thank you team Westin Rishikesh, keep up the great work.

As we entered the hotel, we were treated like royalty with hats, fresh juices and a warm and welcoming staff. The trip only continued to get better, as the staff took amazing care of us, the food was some of the best I have eaten during our trip, luxurious rooms, views that stretch for miles and keep you captivated for hours, amenities that need a minimum of 3 days to enjoy. This was by far our best visit to India and would recommend anyone who is planning a trip to this area to always make a stop here. I promise you will never forget the stay.

We stayed for 3 nights in November 24. This is best resort in Rishikesh. Great ambience, Great Staff. Hospitality is at best. Swimming pool view is best. Food is Excellent. Check in and check out process is very fast. Rooms are clean with good view.
