Hotel mit Vor- und Nachteilen. Gute Lage südlich von Teheran in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station. Auch der Service an der Rezeption ist gut, sehr effizient. Durchschnittliches Frühstück mit einem süßen und herzhaften Buffet (ausgezeichnetes frisch gebackenes Brot!). Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und modern, könnten aber eine Modernisierung vertragen. Die Klimaanlage war ziemlich laut und roch nach Zigarettenrauch. Insgesamt eine ordentliche Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Gutes Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Heizung funktionierte. Sämtliches Badzubehör ist vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Schneller Check-in. Praktische Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn.

I and my clients had stayed at Asareh hotel in October 2023. first of all I promise the room furniture were not cleaned for long time. We could smell cigarette every where. it was like we are staying at the smoking room of the airport. Breakfast was good enough but not too much. We wanted to go out of Tehran and again back to this hotel, but we decided to change the hotel then. My client's room was changes 2 times and they were not satisfy of the hotel. Mine was in the same conditions. and the bathroom was very small.

Hotel ok affordable prices room and bathrooms small but clean central location, quiet breakfast was ok parking nearby very friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant. good coffee, cheap transfer from the IK Airport ca 40 minutes
