Sepehr Apartment Hotel

Sepehr is a nice apartment style hotel that is in a great location in Tajrish, Tehran. It is very close to the Tajrish Bazaar and many nice cafés and restaurants in Shemiran. The staff, especially the people working breakfast, was superb. I really enjoyed my daily interactions with Mr. Kadivar at breakfast. The breakfast itself was also the best of any of the 7 or so hotels I stayed in while in Iran. The rooms lend themselves to be occupied for weeks at a time as they have a full kitchen and washing machine. The front desk was helpful in calling Taxis as needed, however, you could walk to much of the town center. When I come back to Tehran, I would love to stay here again. It made my first trip back to Iran in 20 years (traveling from The United States) memorable.

I have stayed at Sepehr many times and will definitely stay there again when I am in Tehran. The location of Sepehr is perfect for me, within a short walk of animated Tajrish square, beautiful cafés, shopping and an uplifting stroll through the Tajrish bazaar where you can find just about anything. The hotel itself is on a quiet leafy street, a reprieve from outside noise or traffic. The Sepehr staff is courteous and friendly. I enjoy seeing their familiar faces each time I'm there. Rooms are like furnished apartments with kitchens, bathrooms (some with more than one) and all the supplies you may need. I like their buffet breakfast the best of any hotel I've stayed in. It is a smaller spread than others but provides enough of a delicious and nutritious variety. The only thing that could use upgrading are the carpets which would definitely give the hotel a more refreshed look. Staff will book taxis and exchange dollars, if needed. Sepehr is my home in Tehran!

Best service,clean, respectfull staff...Excellent price. very good resturants nearby and located in a quite and peacfull area u can rest easily after a long stressfull day at work...good internet compare to other hotels internet

I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life and I am so embarrassed I am staying at this hotel the staff and the manager are rude and would not allow my guest up to my room without them giving me ID. My friend had her car registration and they said no it must be a licence or passport !! They said, “we have had problems in the past” that is not my issue that is your poor management. Who do you think you are to treat your paying customers like this. This is such an unbelievable expensive hotel for Iran too I am appalled.
