I only have positive things to say about this hotel. I stay in 2-3 hotels a month. So I appreciate friendly and accommodating staff. The front desk staff that greeted me, Salome and Tamar, were great. They were friendly, nice, warm and positive the whole time I was waiting on my room to be prepared. They went above and beyond what was necessary. The room is simple, which I prefer. It didn’t have that leftover smokey feel that some of the hotels I’ve stayed in Tbilisi have had. You can order room service, but since you are near good restaurants, I’d recommend that instead to experience the local food. You are also a quick taxi to anything for really cheap.

We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasn’t large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on whether it’s any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although it’s very central, it is on a side street so it’s not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!

Qualitative Einrichtung, Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, ein gutes Bett, sauberes Zimmer, Trinkwasser wird frei bereitgestellt, sehr reicher Frühstück, Spa etwas langweilig. Der Preis insgesamt etwas überhöht.

Ein hervorragendes Hotel im Zentrum in der Nähe des Stadions Dynamo und der Bahnhof. Neben dem Hotel gibt es eine Menge Transport in die alte Stadt und viele Orte in Tbilisi. In 10 Minuten in Harot Square. Das Hotel selbst ist neu, beeindruckend in seinem Design, sehr sauber, auf hohem Niveau gepflegt. Seine Zimmer sind komfortabel, ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ruhig. Dies steht im Gegensatz zu vielen Hotels in Tbilisi, die eigentlich Wohngebäude sind, die in Hotels umgewandelt wurden. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich, freundlich, professionell und schenkt jedem Gast persönliche Aufmerksamkeit. Es besteht kein Zweifel, dass das Hotelpersonal der Hauptgrund dafür ist, dass es ein hervorragendes Hotel ist. Der Preis des Hotels ist sehr günstig im Verhältnis zum großen Wert und im Verhältnis zu den Preisen ähnlicher Hotels in der Nähe. Der Preis ist weniger als die Hälfte der Preise für weniger gute Hotels im alten Bereich.

Let me start with my stay, it was for 4nights and it started very well with Liza (receptionist) she was very helpful and respectful for visitors. She even helped us take our 2 rooms earlier because she saw our kids were tired from the travel. However, on the 17th morning. The receptionist named Ilia was very rude in his way of talking and attitude. He did not show any respect and was using his hand while talking asking me to come to his side of counter. It did not end here, he referred to another guest issue they faced one night before as it was me and my family which is not the case. The breakfast is very limited with options which made me from next day of stay to have it outside until we left. This is an example of a good hotel but with bad stuff attitude which impacts their rating. The rooms are very good from space wise and no of beds for a family stay. you should also know that the laundry service is very expensive compared to other 5 star hotels.

Amazing! They were so accommodating and helpful. They made a very nice surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday and she was so happy! Definitely one of the best hotels I have been to. Highly recommend their suite. Was very spacious and everything brand new.

If you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you. It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way. The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice. For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream. If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist.

Номер брала переночевать, но в следующую поездку обязательно остановлюсь именно здесь. Местоположение - 🔥 Все достопримечательности - рукой подать А какая терраса на последнем этаже отеля- вид на Тбилиси + грузинское вино = отличный вечер. Чистый, просторный номер ( банные принадлежности, тапочки ✅) Завтрак- яйцо варенное, колбасы,сосиски, хлеб, сыры, чай, кофе, соки, овощи,фрукты - входил в стоимость (номер за 2000₽😲) Я в приятном шоке. Ещё раз благодарю!До новых встреч. Вы в самое сердце 🧡

Mein Mann und ich hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel für etwa 5 Nächte. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich, und die Küche wurde von einem großen Personal serviert, vor allem Mariam und ihre Kollegin (entschuldigt, aber ich vergaß seinen Namen), die uns jeden Morgen mit einem warmen Lächeln 😊 begrüßten... Allerdings, Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem ausgewählten Zimmer bei der Ankunft (vermutlich unser Standardzimmer mit einer Terrasse). Sie haben uns in ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einem französischen Balkon (die im Grunde nur ein Fenster ist) eingecheckt und es war für uns völlig unannehmbar. Als wir das für uns ausgewählte Zimmer in Frage stellten, zeigten sie uns ein anderes Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon und dem Baubereich im Rücken des Hotels gegenüber. Sie haben angeraten, dass das Oberzimmer mit einer Terrasse und Stadtblick besetzt ist und wir müssen zusätzliche Beträge zahlen, um einen mit Stadtblick und einen anständigen Balkon zu haben. Wir hatten keine andere Wahl, als zu zahlen und zu bleiben! Wir sind nicht sicher, wer das Spiel spielt, um die falschen Informationen über die Hotelzimmer hier, das Hotelpersonal oder Agoda zu geben? ! Vielleicht beide. Andererseits war der Aufenthalt großartig. Wir konnten in der Nähe von Gemüseherden und Restaurants zum Essen oder zum Abendessen zu finden (das Hotel bietet nur Frühstück).

Ich schreibe diese Bewertung, während ich noch im Hotel bin. Dieses brandneue Garden Inn des Hilton Portfolios hat mich weggeblasen! Zur Zeit der Eincheckung war die Erfahrung nichts weniger außergewöhnlich. Ana und Oto waren bei meiner späteren Ankunft an der Check-in-Desk und haben die Check-in-Formalitäten effizient und reibungslos abgeschlossen, während sie mich über das Hotel und die Dinge, die umgeben zu machen. So freundlich und warm waren beide! In Einklang mit den Vorteilen des Hilton Diamond-Mitglieds wurde mir eine Upgrade zu einem absolut fantastischen Zimmer auf einem höheren Stock angeboten, das einen Balkon hatte so groß wie das Zimmer. Die Ansichten der Berge, der Fluss und die alte Stadt vom Balkon sind so unverschämt! Ich würde oft in Sophiya laufen während meines Aufenthalts, der immer überprüfen würde mein Wohlbefinden und weiterhin nützliche Reisetipps und Tipps anbieten würde! Frühstücksangebote waren begrenzt, aber gesund und sehr angenehm. Eine Vielfalt mehr wäre ein guter Kontakt. Die Ernährung und der Service im Restaurant waren jedoch sehr gut. Schließlich war ein besonderer Schrei an Mariam am Frontdesk, der wieder sehr hilfreich und warm war und mich weiter über dieses brandneue Eigentum informiert. Danke Mariam, für Ihre Hilfe und für die wunderbare und ein spät ausgecheckte Auscheckung! Nach meiner Meinung ist diese Garden Inn-Eigenschaft weit besser als einige der vollwertigen Hilton-Eigenschaften, die ich geblieben habe! Ich bin super beeindruckt und werde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben!
