Super Luxury Apartments

To name this place Super Luxury Apartment is almost funny. If it was a joke that was for free. But it is a total disaster. We stayed 2 nights and it was awful. The place is so run down it is a tragedy. Only half of the lamps was working in the ceiling. Wallpaper was ripped off in both the living room and the bedroom. The parking was impossible and thanks to the extremely lazy representative, we had to drive around 10 blocks twice as she didnt have the strength to be on the street waiting for us for 2 minutes. The elevator card (you pay for going in the elevator in some houses in Tbilisi :)()) was not charged enough so we had to walk 6 floors. Onlå positive thing I can say is that it had NETFLIX and the bathroom was ok.

No reception, old building ,elevators very scary from the soviet era ,water was cut for 2 days alot of noise in the building

the place is not at all as pictures, the building is residential building and the apartments are like Airbnb u have neighbors on the floor, people knock your door baggers, the building is like a ww2 old and damaged located in a very bad street nothing near it, the apartments are dirty and not well maintained, no reception no security, the hall is super sketchy and scary. the place is not safe and not hotel apartments at all, when i arrived and saw it i decided to cancel my booking and they declined refunding me and they took the whole amount, the place is a scam and not safe nor secure at all. هذا المكان ليس كالصور ابدا المكان ليس شقق فندقية بل هو بناية سكنية عادية يتم تأجيرك شقة في طابق فيه سكان و جيران، المبنى هو خرابة، مكسر و كلو وسخ، الطابق يخوف و كأنو مسكون و بيت اشباح او مبنى في الحرب او فلم رعب، الشقة غير نظيفة ابدا و متسخة و هي ليست كما معلن غرفتين نوم هي غرفة نوم واحدة مع فاصل برداية و تخت داخل غرفة الجلوس. لا انصح ابدا به انه مقلب نصب و احتيال، عندما وصلنا اليه طلبنا الغاء الحجز لان الماكن مزري و ليس ابدا كالصور، لكنهم رفضوا ارجاع المبلغ المدفوع و اجبرونا ان نبقى او نرحل من دون استرداد حقوقنا. انصح ان نشوفوا غوغل عن المكان قبل ما تاكلوا الضرب يرجى الانتباه اصدقائي من شهر عم نحاول نتواصل مع المسؤل و ما برد على حد ولا رجع الفلوس الي دفعتها للحجز

Very bad location; the pictures are totally different from what’s in the apartment. Their location is not in the city center; I booked the place because of its location and it was far away from everything. I had to cancel my booking and go to another hotel. The building is very old and not safe at all.

The place is a scam, for all arab travelers do not fall for this, the pictures on booking and agooda and trip advisor and even website are not correct, the building is very old and not maintained, the inside of the building is terrible, dirty, broken, not painted, the building is residential so this will be an airbnb experience and not hotel apartments, the hallway to the apartments is looks like a ww2 bunker, the apartments are dirty the painting is off, the wallpaper is torn, the bar is broken and dirty. When i arrived and saw these issues i demanded cancellation and refund, however they refused and chose to scam the entire booking amount and refuse to refund me. This is a scam and a fraud and demand booking to remove them off the app and then they can go on airbnb maybe. الى كل العرب هذا المكان ليس كما هو معلن، انه عبارة عن مبنى قديم جدا و غير مناسب للعائلات او الافراد ليس آمن و ليس مأمن بالكاميرات و الحرس انهم مخادعون و سوف ياخدون فلوسكم لا تقعوا في الفخ
