GGastnutzerThe location is ok near to dining areas and 7-eleven. The hotel is a bit old fashion, clean but can be improved. I had to request to use the iron & hair dryer from housekeeping The mineral water provided has expired though . Same goes for the soap and shampoo 😅 What i like is the reception and service by the staff two thumbs up👍👍

WWENThe hotel staff were very supportive. After we arrive at night time, the staff took us to find an ATM to withdraw cash and even helped us upgrade and change rooms, which we really appreciated. The size of the loft room was larger than expected, making it spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 4 adults. However, it seems the hotel may be understaffed, as they weren’t able to thoroughly check the facilities in each room. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive to the airport and easy to reach by Grab.

MMazlianaThe location for this hotel is superb because it’s located in the middle of Tawau town. The room what I can said very clean but the amenities all looks old. The pillows very thin and I requested extra pillow and has to paid rm5 for one pillow.

TThe ImpregnableThis hotel is clean and situated in a great location. The staff is courteous and helpful. The room is spacious. The bed sheet and pillow cover are spotless clean and smell good. The toilet is decent with hot shower. Still, there are water marks on the toilet wall that are still acceptable. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There are convenience stores and ATMs in the vicinity. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

ZZushaMeine zweite Aufenthaltszeit in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber pls stellen sicher, dass die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist superb. bcs, als ich in mein Zimmer eintrat, der Boden ist immer noch nass. das Toilette war so schmutzig. der Schrank ist gelb. ich bewertet 5/10
