"I “accidentally” left my shirt behind when checking out, and when I asked about it, the reception politely informed me that housekeeping “couldn’t find it.” How strange — because I clearly remember leaving it there, and surprise, it’s not in my bag either. Looks like honesty must have also checked out before me."

"Junior Suite Stay.
I had the pleasure of staying in the Junior Suite and it was such a comfortable experience. The room is very spacious, with a well-designed layout that separates the cozy living area from the bedroom. perfect for relaxing or getting some work done without feeling cramped. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the suite was warm and inviting. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for both space and comfort. Highly recommended!"

"The location is strategic, with plenty of eateries nearby. However, during our stay, we experienced a blackout that lasted for over an hour, with no electricity and even no water in the toilet. Overall, it was an okay experience."

"Für meine kleine wunderschöne Familie, die Nacht, die ich in den vorangegangenen See umgekehrt habe, drei Familien, vier Schlafzimmer, drei Badezimmer, der Preis von 400 RMB, hat die Liege eine intime Nüsse mitgeliefert, die Küche ist besonders sauber, das Badezimmer ist auch besonders sauber, das Badezimmer ist nicht zu sagen, In der Nähe von 150 m ist eine Schachtel. 200 Ma-Münzen haben drei Schachteln ➕ 20 Schachteln ➕ zwei Flammenwurzeln gekauft. . . Es ist zufrieden. Im nächsten Jahr wird ich wiederkommen und speziell für kleine und wunderschöne Familien für ein paar Tage."

"Very much satisfied with almost everything, especially the size of the room and proce. It's hard to get rooms this big with this rate nowadays. Comfortable. Good service.
I do agree with other guests mentioning about water stains on the bathroom glass wall but it doesn't bother me that much. the hotel is a bit old I guess. the corner of the room has chipped wood. there's no tissue provided in the room, there's only rolled tissue in the bathroom.
but overall im satisfied."

GGastnutzerWe stayed couple of nights before driving back to KK. The place is located in the center with easy access to everything however it also means it can be quite loud at night from the traffic and karaoke next door. The room had little fridge, kettle, bottles of water and coffee mix (3 in 1).
Room was on the 3rd floor with no lift. This could be a problem for somebody with mobility issue.

The first room 4017 smelled of strong smokes the moment we entered. Asked for a room change. Zul, bell boy was very helpful. He helped us to change the room. Check in person at front desk gave us another room 4022. Someone was actually already in the room when we opened the door. OMG this happened at midnight! Very poor service! Lastly the reception gave us room 7012 and we could only got into the room at 1am!

AAnnKooThis is my 2nd stay after my trip back from Tarakan.My 1st stay was not to my espectation and requested for a better room upon checking out telling them that we were returning as there is not much choice in Tawau.
Yes, we got a better room with new air cond and much better facilities. My bookings were same deluxe King. Thanks for the arrangement! In addition, no RM50 refundable deposite was collected on 2nd stay.
Breakfast from 6:30-10:00 am. I went at 6:45 and was told the eggs counter is only open at 7:00 am. This is very funny. Looks like eggs are controlled/limited for consuming. It gives a very bad impression to the customers. It was crowded and when we ordered at 7:00, we only got our eggs at 7:15.

Zzek zakWorth for the money as a budget hotel.Friendly staff.Got lift.Near attraction place.Many restaurant and food court around the hotel.On Friday and Saturday got night market (chestar night market) distance 100 meter from the hotel.The problem is no car parking lot provided.But can park along the street behind the hotel building under own responsibility.

AAnonymer BenutzerDer Duft in der Lobby war sooo beruhigend. Ich möchte dort am liebsten schlafen. Es hätte besser sein können, wenn das Zimmer wie die Lobby geduft hätte. Der Kühlschrank ist nicht wirklich kalt. Dasselbe gilt für die Klimaanlage. Aber das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Abendbuffet war auch nicht enttäuschend. Die Aussicht war auch spektakulär! Werde ich wiederholen!

GGastnutzerAls Lady Boss hörte, dass ich ein häufiger Reisende nach Tawau bin (mindestens 2 x 2 Tage Reisen pro Monat) gab sie mir eine kostenlose Upgrade zum Deluxe-Zimmer. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig und der Fernseher kommt mit Netfix. Das einzige kleine Unvollkommenheit für mich war das Fehlen von Wasserkehl im Zimmer. Es wäre besser, entweder ein Einzel-Kettle in jedem Zimmer oder ein warmes und kaltes Wasserdispertor auf jedem Niveau. Best wäre auch die Zimmer mit einer Minibar ausgestattet. überall ein guter Aufenthalt.
