Great staff, very nice people. Well located, very reasonable prices for food and drinks. I thoroughly recommend.

WE spent 2 nights with my 8 Years old daughter, and WE really appreciate our stay. All the staff IS so nice and helpfull. The réception and restaurant/bar staff, Kali and the cleaning lady, all were smiling and caring ! Thé room was so Big , and my daughter likes so much thé bed with the "moustiquaire" 😉 You feel liké you are all alone cause all the room are well distanced. Thé beach is juste on the other side of the road. WE recommand 200% !! And WE wish WE could stay longer ..

空港から車ですぐの場所にあり、提携しているダイブショップにお願いすればスキューバやシュノーケリングもできます。客室も広々としていて空調も付いているので快適に過ごせます。夜はギターと歌を聴きながら地元のお酒であるカバを楽しむこともできます。

スタッフが何度も助けてくれて、本当に感謝してます。 日帰り旅行もスタッフが企画しており、島が広く足がいる上に一人旅だったため効率よく島のメインスポットを回れたことが滞在して良かったと思うポイントです。ただネットワークの接続が悪く、また1日のほとんどの時間で電波がないため、simを用意する&モバイルバッテリーは絶対に持って行ったほうがいいです。またアクティビティは大体50〜100＄で現金で払う必要があるため、50$×日数は持っておくと心置きなく楽しめると思います。私はそれで結構苦労したので、ぜひしっかり用意して楽しんで欲しいです。

Had an amazing stay here. The excursions available are so good and well priced, and the restaurant too. Highlight of our trip was the Bouma national park walk with Kali - a great host with brilliant knowledge of the local plants / wildlife. No complaints and we will be back!

The staff make this place wonderful. It’s a great spot to stay while diving. The facility is pretty basic and the food is reliably good. But the staff go out of their way to be welcoming, warm and give excellent tours of the local hikes, culture and community.

My stay has been lovely. I come from a rather complicate stomach situation which forces me to avoid any acid food. Our stay at the resort has been lovely under all regards, including the kitchen staff doing everything to circumnavigate my problems. Scenario and food are intertwined experience at maravu as the facility naturally builds at a core of a lush plantation with impressive scenario, meaning that most of the produce used for the food is locally sourced and delicious. Rooms are functional and beautiful. Coherent with the surrounding for a natural experience. Last, I would like to thank all the staff for making our experience so special, with a mention to Rafael, Julie, the captain, and all the wonderful management team. Thanks!

This is a unique hotel and lovely hotel. You will not get a resort-type/corporate, international experience, just a really Fijian welcome. For the time you stay you become one of the family. The grounds are glorious with a lovely pool and the rooms simple, comfortable bure with outdoor showers where you can wash, as we could, enjoying the scent of a frangipani tree. The food is traditional and excellent, one simple course available in the evening and a good choice of breakfast options. They run and organise trips (hiking/diving etc). Their on-site guides Rafa and Carli are a delight, as are all the staff and we enjoyed Carli and Solo’s music at the nightly Kava nights.

Maravu was by far the most beautiful stay I have ever experienced! Matteo & Raffa were absolutely amazing, we went dolphin feeding with them and had the most magical morning on the boat watching the dolphins and swimming with them. Maravu’s service was excellent and the girls were so bubbly and attentive to my boyfriend and I. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was lovely and we were happy. Vinaka!! Love, Talia

Maravu Taveuni is a paradise! The position it is sat in is that worthy of a 5* resort so save your money and stay here instead! Our room was spacious, had two large comfortable double beds in and a large wrap round outdoor terrace - it was kept clean and tidy throughout. We had breakfast at Maravu every morning which was cooked fresh to order and delicious, they also offer fresh fruit smoothies. All of the reception staff were so warm and helpful in organsing some incredible trips for us. We went out on multiple trips with Raffa, Kali and Matteo, they treated us like family, always making sure we had the best time but keeping us safe and caring for us. The trips and memories we made will stay with us forever, snorkeling on the rainbow reef, swimming in incredible waterfalls and the dolphin trip organised by Maravu was the highlight of our trip. We were sad to leave, you are made to feel like family and taken to the most beautiful locations where there are virtually no other tourists, would recommend anyone to go! Vinaka! Highlight of my three weeks in Fiji was snorkeling alongside Dolphins with Matteo at Maravu. His guiding and ocean knowledge are unparalleled. An experience I will remember for a lifetime. You are welcome from the second you arrive and it’s a great place to meet fellow travelers.

This place is a must! While it may not be the Hilton or a luxury resort, this rustic stay lacks for nothing! All of the of the staff were incredible and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. They had fantastic day excursions led by the easily lovable Rafa. We were travelling with our 10 month old and everyone at the hotel made it extremely easy.

We had the most rememberable time staying with the staff and the friends we made here, every night during Kava time. By far it was the best time we had the entire trip. The accommodation was very comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate recommending your stay here.
