Ich blieb im Zimmer 002, Bodengeschoss. Dies war eine zwei Schlafzimmerwohnung (Ich wurde aufgerüstet). Es war geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Ich habe in Quests von Auckland bis Invercargill geblieben und das war eines der besten. Ich buche bediente Wohnungen, wenn ich reise, so dass ich meine eigene Küche bereiten kann. Oft sind die Küchen ziemlich schlecht ausgestattet. Vielleicht gibt es keine Seife, oder keine Tinöffner, oder kein Gemüse-Säuberer. Diese hatte alles, was ich einmal brauchte! Und sie passierten meinen persönlichen Säuretest: das Eisen war völlig frei von Brandmarken! Das Personal von Quest nimmt nett meine Supermarktlieferbestellung und legte sogar Dinge in den Gefrierschrank und Kühlschrank, wie angemessen (Ich hatte andere Orte verlassen gefrorenes Essen zu töten). Es ist ruhig und gut gelegen für das Zentrum der Stadt. Unbegrenzte WLAN ist ein echtes Plus. Ich bin nicht viel von einem TV-Beobachter, aber es schien ein volles Sky-Service zu sein.

Die Lage des Hotels ist im Zentrum der Stadt, es ist zu essen, und es ist auch bequem, kleinen Tee zu essen. Wie ein Geschäftshotel, das Zimmer ist sehr groß und ist auch sauber. Das einzige Problem ist, dass intelligente Lichter zerstört sind. Es ist nicht so, dass niemand am Abend wandelt. Es ist sehr unfreundlich, dass ich das Licht am Abend gelassen habe. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich es nicht gesetzt habe.

HOLIDAY NOT BUSINESS TRIP After a 30 hour flight from England to NZ, we checked into the hotel exhausted and in need of a wash and relaxation. Coming up from behind the hotel, it doesn't look like much, however when you view it from the street behind (where the door isnt) it is quite something to behold. We went over to the desk to find a very enthusiastic woman called Julia. She welcomed us warmly to the hotel, was delighted we prepaid and explains everything about the hotel we needed to know in a detailed concise speech i'm sure she needs a raise for. Her whole manner picks up our mood as she enquires about us and our holiday. Julia is by far the best thing about this hotel, throughout our stay she was very helpful, ordering us a taxi (they have this button so you don't have to pre-order one) and greeting us whenever we came into the hotel. The other hotel staff were nice, pleasant and helpful enough, especially when i locked the room key in our room...but Julia stood out by a mile. We booked a twin room and had been upgraded to a twin room with double beds and a balcony! On account of us staying a full week Julia went through how how we can order more toilet rolls, products ect and new towels. Due to covid they dont clean rooms until you check out. On the balcony was a fan and inside we had a mini fridge. Not sure if these two things are in all NZ hotels due to the heat, but it was much appreciated! The bathroom was massive, a spacious place with bathtub with spa bubble option and two his and hers sinks joined with a massive mirror. The hair products were local and contained no SLS ect. and came in refillable bottles fixed to the walls. It's the first time ive actually used the products in a hotel! The hotel room itself was quite large, the NZ fern design on pillows and a large closet with extra pillows and blankets. Loads of herbal tea (jasmine green, lemon ect.), coffee and even wine glasses! A small table in the corner was a good size, I dislike when desks are too big with massive chairs that take up all the space. This was not so in our room! Beside each bed was a draws to store even more stuff in. One of the best, most spacious hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. We also got a voucher for some money off in the eatery but we never had breakfast there or dinner so i can't comment on the food. I did go into the breakfast hall and it seemed like continental with limited hot food. The usual, toast, jams, cereal, fruit ect. The hotel has an outdoor swimming, laundry facilities (which were most helpful as they supply you with powder). We asked a few times for our bottles to be refilled as no water fountain and members if staff seemed happy to do so. As the hotel is in the centre of the CBD loads of cafes and restaurants were within a short walking distance. As for transport, I mentioned the taxi button earlier, a few Lime electric scooters were always outside the hotel (hire on app) and are readily avaible nearby. The bus station is a short w

[Service] Der Service ist in Ordnung, da ich früh angekommen bin, habe ich in der Lobby Kaffee bestellt und eine Weile gewartet. Danach bekam die Rezeption die Zimmerkarte, um Sie zu finden und sagte, das Zimmer sei fertig. [Gesundheit] Insgesamt gut [Ausstattung] Das Hotel hat überhaupt keine Schalldämmung. Die super lauten Einrichtungen sind zu alt, aber es geht nicht kaputt. Das Hotel stellt keine Zahnbürsten und Hausschuhe zur Verfügung. Es bietet nur Shampoo Conditioner und Seife. Bei Bedarf können Sie an der Rezeption nachfragen. (Ich bringe meine eigenen Toilettenartikel und Hausschuhe mit) Die Klimaanlage hat einen starken Lärm. Die Position des Steckers ist am Bett nicht vorgesehen. Es ist zu umständlich, zur Ladetoilette unter dem Fernseher zu gehen. Das Design des Waschtisches im Bad ist besonders flach und altmodisch. Problemloses Parken im Hotel in der Tiefgarage und im Freien, aber die Tiefgarage muss nicht reservierte Parkplätze finden oder sie wird abgeschleppt Nach dem Nachchecken reklamiert, das Hotel schickte zwei Frühstücke, aber die Frühstücksart war zu klein ... weißt du, aber will das Geld schließlich nicht.

Dies ist das 4e Mal, dass wir hier geblieben sind. Es ist nahe der Hauptstraße, hat eine schöne gekühlte Vibe mit guten Einrichtungen und ist ein wirklich guter Preis. Das einzige Problem, das wir diese Zeit gefunden haben, war, dass wir gebucht hatten, um unsere berufsmäßigen Leben zu entkommen und für eine Entspannung Einige Tage. wir wurden in Zimmer 10 untergebracht, wo die Besitzer mit ihren Kindern bleiben, bin ich nicht sicher, ob sie sich bewusst sind, aber die Decke ist sehr dünn und für alle 3 Morgen von 6AM bis 9AM ist es nur konstant laufen / springen / schreien von den Kindern und ich Wissen Sie, dass klingt hart, aber wenn Sie ein paar Tage weg buchen und jeden Morgen aufwachen wie das ist es sehr off putting. Ich werde hier wieder bleiben, aber nur wenn wir am Gegenteil des Grundstücks sein können. Wir sind ehrlich nicht daran interessiert, Leute ein bisschen Lärm machen Aber ständig springen und dumpen Ritual über Ihren Kopf von frühen Morgen ist überhaupt nicht ideal

Booked last minute as a birthday treat. Did not realise on booking that you had to check in before 6pm, I called at 5.55 to let them know we were 10 minutes alway but no answer. Arrived just after 6pm, had to call the after hours we were meet by a man, we had already prepaid the room which was $266 for a bottom floor, one bedroom apartment. He told us we needed to pay a bond which I assumed would be $50-$100. We had to pay a $250 bond upfront to stay here. That was our dinner and activities money for the night. So had to cancel our plans. The room was dated, there was no body/hair wash left. There was no milk in the fridge so couldn't make a hot drink. As others have mentioned there are signs all over the room about extra charges, if you ring them after 9pm for anything you will get charged, if you leave anything in the room you will be charged and even more unnecessary fees. Tiny rubbish bin. The room was a good size but the headboard on the double bed isn't attached so everytime you turn over it bangs and so when you are there for a child free night you can imagine how much it was banging. It was right next to the road and it was a raining miserable night and it was loud, cars driving past, people walking/running past you can hear everything, image it during the busy season. The noise from the above room you can here people walking around. We were quite disappointed so I had a look at the other reviews this morning and I really wish I had of read them before booking here :( On check out which you had to wait as they are only there at reception between 8.30-10am on weekends. I asked the man to refund my $250 bond and he said that he can't and it won't be refunded until about Tuesday but it can take 10 business days. We had said about the missing amenities and he didn't care. Then we asked about all the bad reviews and he started getting angry. My husband reliased we had left a bag in the room and wanted to go get it and as we were approaching the room my husband made a comment about no wonder you have so many bad reviews and he told my husband to shut his mouth and he locked the room door and said to get out! He was not going to allow us to go back into the room to get our things. And said to ring the police if we wanted our stuff back. By this stage my husband was really mad and I ended up needing to call the police so they could go get our stuff from the room. Our uber driver had shown up and manager/man on reception had disappeared and some other lady that was obviously to what was happening came out and I said can I just get the key and I'll go get our stuff since we don't actually have to check out until 10am and she was saying I can't, I don't know what is happening. A couple minutes later she comes back in with our bag and continued to argue. Even the uber driver heard it and he is a 70 year old man and he came in to the reception and said they should not of been treating customer how they treated us. I will be going to

Sehr schönes Seen-Seitenhotel im Zentrum der Stadt. Manager waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war großartig nach einer harten Wanderung (Tongariro Pass). Toco e zurück zu einem Spa im Zimmer. Das Studiozimmer hat uns auch so angepasst, wie es einfache Mahlzeiten auf einem Stein machen könnte, da es nur so viel Abfahrt und Restaurant-Essen gibt, die ich beim Reisen mag. Sehr sauber, modern und nützlich bleiben.
