We were looking for a place to get away for a relaxing break and where we could readily do our on line work in pleasant surroundings. Being right on the waters edge was magical. The sunrises were inspiring and the changing outlook relaxing. Proximity to local cafes within walking distance made it an idyllic site. Fresh and comfortable modern and clean. Will definitely come back.

The room is really clean and comfortable with good views. Greg also provides chocolate for us which is sweet and warm action. However, the house is not very soundproofed and the children running around next door are a bit noisy.🤣 All in all, Thank you so much！Looking forward to traveling in Tauranga again.

It is just as good as it looks!!, Very clean and tidy. Good location in Tauranga. Host was also accomodating with early last minute checkin which was nice!. Also has really amazing views of the harbour

Loved the location of this property, all the essential was provided and the host was brilliant at communicating and making sure that we were comfortable. Even though the house was divided into 3 dwellings, we couldn’t hear others. It was super private. Superb place for a large family. We will definitely come back for future stay, specially in summer.

Great location very close to all the necessary places when you are on a holiday. clean place, upgraded bath shower in the main house will be a good thing to look in the future apart from that great experience. Massive house nice outlook

From the moment we walked in the door we felt like we had walked into a Resort. The peaceful room was equaled by the tranquility of the deck and those huge comfy deck chairs! We didn’t want to leave but we left well rested after just one night. Thank you!!!

We booked last minute with Greg he was very helpful and when we got to our room the view was absolutely breath taking, our room was so clean and inviting. We will definitely be back for a longer stay. Thankyou Greg
