Das Hotel ist eines der besten Hotels, die wir während der Reise übernachtet haben. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber sowie überall im Hotel.Es gab eine Menge Wahl für Frühstück und Essen war lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist eine exzellente, da es nur wenige Minuten von Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt ist. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und immer mit einem Lächeln .Danke.

Hotel Toporów in Bukowina Tatrzańska liegt am Fluss, nur einen 1-minütigen Fußmarsch von Wooden Tserkvas of the Carpathian Region in Poland and Ukraine und 7 Gehminuten von Kotelnica Bialczanska Skigebiet entfernt. Mein Mann und ich verbrachten 3 Nächte über Neujahre in Butorowy Dwor. Wir liebt alles über den Ort: unser Zimmer mit erstaunlichen Aussichten, der großartige Service und leckeres Essen. Ihr Frühstücksbuffet hat eine fantastische Auswahl. Eines haben wir nicht bemerkt: Butorowy Dwor befindet sich auf einer besetzten (Haupt) Straße. Von den Fotos dachte ich, es war eine ziemlich verschlossene Lage. Da die Gebäude jedoch auf einem Hügel sind, haben wir den Verkehr überhaupt nicht gehört. Außerdem gibt es auch während einer berufsmäßigen Saison keine Autos am Abend. Außerdem ist es ein schneller Spaziergang nach Gubalowka (10min. Hügel).

Just a 2+ star hotel... Hotel is centrally located (300 mts from the main pedestrian street) in a busy but quite silent street/road. Very small and not appealing reception. The hotel has a small but pleasant garden sorrounding part of it. The decor of the hotel and rooms is old-fashioned. Our room (#226) was spacious with a small living room and had a little varanda, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The whole hotel is a non smoking premises though. To all rooms in the 2nd and 3rd floor the acess is by stairs only, not very convenient if you're carrying lugagges or have health problems...or both. No room service available. In general quite nice staff, speaking reasonable english and willing to solve problems (e.g. our room safe got blocked and was quickly unblocked by the receptionist). Average acceptable quality breakfast, in quite a cosy area though. Old fashioned, but nice relaxing and clean spa area with a small sauna, jacuzzi and a (aprox. 10 X 5 meters size) indoor swimming pool. No outdoor acess from there, just a couple of narrow windows. It opens from 4 to 10 p.m. No slippers or bathrobes are provided, only towels. There are lockers for storage at the Spa area entrance. In our check-out date (23.06.2024) the only credit card machine available was out-of-order, so I had to go to and ATM to draw money on purpose. Outdoor hotel car park is paid (30 zlt per day). 🔹Conclusion: Not really cheap for what it offers, but it is in a touristic central zone...maybe there are better alternatives!

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and we will definitely come back next year. The new renovated rooms are spacious and tasty decorated. Wellness centre is fantastic however there are a few issues there. No one cleans the water off the floor and it is slippery and dangerous. It would be nice to spread lavender or eucalyptus scent in all saunas. Last thing is to supply chairs and drying rack on the balcony. Breakfast was very good , dinner buffet good however selection not big enough. Shuttle to the town is great but runs till 5 pm unfortunately. Overall we really enjoyed our stay .

Modernes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage und Verpflegung. Das Stadtzentrum war ganz in der Nähe. Auto. An der Rezeption gab es eine Bar, wo wir vor dem Einchecken noch etwas trinken konnten. Nach einem langen Tag war Wellness eine tolle Erholung. Das Hotel hatte wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer. Wir können es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

This has been our 5th time in Redyk in Zab. This hotel offers everything we need for a family with children. Fantastic view of the mountains, ski slopes right next to the hotel, ideal for watching kids ski right from your balcony. We love our breakfast here! This year we have also tried the hotel restaurant. Food is delicious, fantastic quality and presentation. The staff are very helpful, always nice and polite. We have especially enjoyed Anna this year, who is a new employee. Bubbly personality, always smiling and making sure we had all we needed. Also a big shout out to the cleaning ladies, fabulous team!! We cannot wait to come back next year!

Wir feiern am Tag des Check-ins unsere Jubiläumshochzeitszeremonie. Sie haben uns großartig überrascht: ein Zimmer-Upgrade, speziell dekoriert mit Luftballons, Schokolade, einer Kampagne und einer handgeschriebenen Glückwunschkarte....Wir haben es sehr geschätzt! Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch die im Restaurant. Der Swimmingpool und die Spa-Einrichtungen sind entspannend und komfortabel.
