Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Alles sauber, komfortabel, mit Geschmack gemacht. Genießbar Design, neue Möbel, Schneehandtücher. Personal freundlich und freundlich. Sie sind immer bereit, bei jeder Frage zu helfen, beantwortete alle Fragen, die während unseres Aufenthalts aufgeworfen wurden, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Das Hotel verfügt auch über Zimmer für Fotositzungen und ein romantisches Abendessen für geliebte Paare und für diejenigen, die sich an die Ehe anschließen möchten. Ich werde definitiv zurück zum Shaxjahon Hotel.

This was our first visit to Uzbekistan with an open mind on what we would end up doing in Tashkent. We took the safer bet by starting our country tour with the Marriott brand we know well. We were not disappointed! This is a well-run, spacious, clean hotel and was an ideal choice to begin with. Predictably, the décor is totally “Marriott!”, so lacks a Central Asian feel to it, but that is as the brand dictates. In the kitchen they make up for that with an excellent range of menu items that spans great local Uzbeki dishes and high-quality international cuisine. There is clearly a lot of pride in the kitchen shown by the attention given to good presentation. The breakfast buffet is good too. It would be good if the hotel made more effort to promote Uzbek wines at the Lobby Bar, rather than focus on the more expensive international ones. In the restaurant, there is only a limited choice of local wine compared to other places and no wine at all in the 8th Floor bar. These are all minor quibbles though. It is the attitude of the staff that makes this hotel work best. Everyone is keen to give a good professional impression in each of their roles. The reception and restaurant staff were without exception universally polite, efficient and friendly. We were ever so thankful to Shuhrat at the front desk who got us well-organised from the start with a local SIM card, dealing with money and making helpful suggestions on how to tackle Tashkent and then organise the rest of our stay not only in Tashkent buy beyond. He is soft-spoken and gracious and a good listener. He could read our preferences quickly. On our return, it was Shuhrat who organised a very good driver/guide to visit the mountains and encouraged us to take a dip to go to the beach on Lake Charvak and enjoy a dip there. A big thank you to everyone at the Tashkent Courtyard for helping to make this one of the best exploratory vacations we ever had.

I arrived late in the evening and departed early in the morning. I just needed three things. A pick-up from the airport, one night sleep and hearty breakfast. Out of these, the hotel succeeded in later two. (And the breakfast is really delicious.) But the hotel failed in the task to pick me up from the airport. Despite telling them multiple times I was arriving at the domestic terminal, they waited for me at the international terminal. Meaning I had to find myself a new taxi and then I spent about 5 USD on international calls trying to explain the situation.

Sie blieb hier zweimal als Teil einer Gruppentour und wurde von der Hazard Natur des Ortes gepflegt! Die Rezeption ist ein großer Raum mit viel Sitz und eine Bar am einen Ende. Sie können hier kaltes Bier erhalten, das Sie in Ihr Zimmer nehmen können. Beide Zimmer hatten wir groß mit zwei Betten am einen Ende und ein Lounge-Typ-Bereich am anderen. Der große Bonus war, dass wir jeden Tag einen Balkon hatten; große Aussichten von den oberen Etagen und ein gutes Ort, um ein paar Waschmaschine aushängen! Das erste Zimmer war der Balkon von zwei Türen zugänglich, das zweite Zimmer hatte eine Tür mit einem Brustschrank von Ziegeln blockiert und der Handgriff entfernt! Badezimmer sind ein bisschen datiert und manchmal muss man auf heißes Wasser warten! Die Zimmer haben nicht alle Balkone, so dass Sie sich bitten müssen. Der Geldwechsel war wirklich nützlich, obwohl sie nicht wieder die lokale Währung ändern würden. Die Dachbar ist eigentlich der oberen Etage im Gegensatz zum Dach, aber die Fenster öffnen sich in und Sie erhalten großartige Stadtblicke. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet, vor allem der Omelettenkoch! Die Lage des Hotels ist auch stark, Metro nur rechts vom Eingang und viele Attraktionen, Bars und Restaurants in Spazierweiterung. Ein paar Bewertungen sagen Rezeption Mitarbeiter nicht sprechen großes Englisch - Sie können das mit Google übersetzen, so dass nicht viel. Wir hatten auch zwei Menschen auf unseren beiden gegebenen Passe gegenseitig - die Pflicht ist sicherlich auf Sie zu prüfen! Wenn Sie sich nicht vergessen, ist dieses Hotel für Sie!

Wir blieben hier 3 separate Zeiten in 15 Tagen. Das Personal in der ganzen Zeit war hilfreich, persönlich und hatte immer ein Lächeln. Es gab eine Wechselmaschine (Som bis Dollar und umgekehrt), und ein ATM. Die Lage war gut für uns; nahe dem Markt, Geschäfte und mehrere Restaurants. Das Restaurant im Hotel war sehr gut, aber etwas teuer. Wie andere sagten, Frühstück war zweit bis niemand! Es gab alles, was Sie wünschen konnten, einschließlich frisch gekochter Eier. Insgesamt genossen wir unsere Aufenthalte hier sehr.

I am disappointed. One reception boy with glasses was completely incompetent. When I called to reception they even could not solve my problem. They said that they would call me back. But they didn’t. Therefore I had to go out of my room. When I was talking to the reception the boy was not able to answer my question and it was easier to him refer to hotel rules this looked lik I was talking to a robot and his manager’s face was furious and they didn’t like my complain. Perhaps they were not ready. What about the room: Room is out-dated. Bathroom really needs a new shower cause water is everywhere after. The floor was covered with unpleasant spot and the furniture as well. Despite these things, they were willing to take money for stay at hotel. Guys, you should solve these problems. Because The International Hotel Tashkent used to be my favorite one. Location is perfect. Housekeeping, swimming pool staff, bartenders and waiters are nice.

Ein Hotel, das in den letzten Jahren gebaut wurde. Alles scheint neu zu sein. Unbewußte Dekoration einschließlich vielen erstaunlichen Mauern (Foto von 1 enthalten). Die Lage am Flughafen der Stadt passte uns, als wir am nächsten Tag nach Samarkand gingen und später in ein zentrales Hotel zurück, um das Zentrum von Taskent zu sehen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfreich, und sprach gut Englisch. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich mit einer guten Auswahl an gekochten Lebensmitteln und Obst. So erstaunlich habe ich ein Foto gemacht. Es gibt einige sehr gute, aber günstige Restaurants in der Gegend (vermutlich besser als im Tourismusbereich). Wir gingen zum Elefant ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
