"We just spent several days at Domaine Villate Limoune as a family with two young children, and overall the experience was very positive. There are many highlights. The grounds are simply magnificent: lush greenery everywhere, animals, perfectly maintained gardens, and high-quality facilities. It's a true haven of peace near Agadir. The swimming pool is superb and perfectly suited for families. The free Kids Club is also a real bonus and was very much appreciated by our son. The breakfast and dinner buffets were varied, of good quality, and more than met our expectations. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Abdel Latif from the Front Office. His professionalism, availability, and dedication to service are exceptional. He provided a level of hospitality worthy of the finest international hotels and deserves special recognition. However, a few points could be improved. Firstly, the prices for extras seemed excessive. Charging 50 DH for a bottle of water by the pool, 45 DH for a coffee capsule in the room, or offering à la carte dishes at high prices sometimes gives the impression that every extra service is overpriced. Furthermore, the level of service is quite inconsistent depending on the staff. Some employees are very professional, while others could be more responsive and attentive to the customer. Given the exceptional quality of the resort, the service should be impeccable throughout. Finally, our last day was particularly affected by construction work being carried out directly below our room. The noise level was extremely high. We had received no prior notice. When we reported the problem, we were told that the work would be completed within 30 minutes. In reality, it lasted all day. Traveling with a 4-year-old and a 4-month-old who needed to nap, this situation was particularly inconvenient. The construction also caused a hot water outage in our room. We were offered a temporary room to shower in, which we appreciated, but it didn't compensate for the inconvenience. A few suggestions for improvement: Offer the same level of attention to all guests, especially regarding the coffee capsules in the room. Align all staff with the standards of professionalism embodied by Abdel Latif. Review the price of certain extras, particularly water. Systematically inform guests when construction or noisy work is planned near their room. Implement an automatic goodwill gesture when a stay is significantly disrupted by technical issues or construction work. Add a few complimentary bottles of water to the room each day, a service..."

"Riad Le Jasmin is the epitome of luxury. The ambiance is fantastic and completely relaxing. Push open the heavy wooden door, and you enter a world far removed from the hubbub outside; one where you can rest in the shade of an orange tree, dip into a lantern-lit pool. Starting from the lush gardens that expand as far as the eye can see and provide refreshing shade from the heat of the region, with scents of a thousand flowers all around. The vegetation - flowering trees and bushes. Here, a shady garden full of songbirds and fruit trees is a wild extravagance . Then you arrive at an overwhelming, proportionate architecture, resembling the enchanted city from any desert fairy tale. Service is discreet yet attentive, and the atmosphere is serene, especially beside the olive tree-lined pool. Scented with orange blossom, the suites are huge and luxurious, with Berber rugs, bespoke furnishings, handpicked art, and marble-and-tidelike bathrooms with rain-showers. Breakfast with its tasty and high quality Moroccan food. Incredible Riad. It is absolutely beautiful and is a true oasis. I stayed in a huge suite overlooking the pool. The Riad is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. The grounds are remarkably well kept and include stunning details. It was an amazing experience to stay at this spectacular property. Every moment spent here feels like a retreat into paradise, making it perfect for relaxation or celebration. A stay in a riad will likely be one of your most memorable experiences in Morocco!!!"
