Hotel Sonar Bangla Tarapith

I went with my parents and had an amazing warm experience on both the days. Staff was extremely nice, polite, helpful and cooperative. Rooms were very clean and so was the resturant. Epic food. Overall, great experience. Would love to revisit.

The location , facilities and spread of this property makes this as obvious choice. But I’m upset with their cleanliness… the cooler in my room and in my parents room was noisy, it’s not serviced for long. Balcony chairs are dusty not cleaned. The staffs were concerned to give two extra sachet of tea bag, poor us can’t buy tea. But they realised and specially allotted 4 extra sachets for two rooms. They consider guests should be resourceful so no toiletries in the room, but if you called them 4-5 times they understand and help in favour. The Cook is doing best to learn Bengali style dishes but the fusion is tasty, I applaud the hygiene, They also appoint trainees in the restaurant who are very responsive, just need to be careful they may clean your food plate before finishing. Dessert was ultimate and we all loved their gud rasogolla. Overall a nice experience but request to the management to kindly attend your guest with some respect love and care , ultimately we pay whatever rate chart and GST you ask for 🙂

The only decent hotel at Tarapith with good amenities and great service . Comfortable and clean rooms , very hygienic. Also the food at the restaurant is very tasty and served with warmth and love. Overall a 5 star feeling at Tara Mayer address .

Very nice and humble people here. The rooms were really clean, very well renovated and the food was amazing too. Biriyani was really good. Parking is available, so no tension if coming by car. The Temple is just 5mins away. The designing of the rooms and corridor is beautiful. Gym and playroom are an add on. Overall making it a good experience.

Beautiful property, very much decorated and clean rooms. Necessary amenities are provided, also on demand they can provide you with iron, hair dryer etc. The staffs here are very polite and flexible. Loved their service. Value for money 👍

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
