Nachdem ich in einer isolierten Gemeinschaft bei der Entwicklung von ökologischen Bauernprojekten geholfen hatte, war es erfrischend, an die Oliven zu kommen. Die erste Nacht schlief ich so gut - eine große Dusche und ein großes Bett. Dann bestellte er für die drei Morgens den 'alles Frühstück des Tages', was großartig war. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und ging von ihrem Weg aus, um zu helfen. Einer von ihnen, Teguh, war sehr hilfreich, wie es Deasy im Restaurant war. Die Rindfleischbänder sind ausgezeichnet. Es ist auch nahe zu erreichen, in der Nähe von Grab - und nur eine Stunde oder so zum Flughafen. Ich freue mich auf meinen nächsten Olive-Besuch.

It was a long trip. Was in Indonesia after visiting multiple countries in a business trip. As I was to stay for a week in Indonesia, was sceptical about IBIS owing to the room size. Initially booked for just a day. But that day made the difference and I stayed for the whole week in the same room. A couple of their staffs were extremely good and made me change my decision. Puji stuck a casual conversation on the first day. He was extremely helpful in choosing my food and good company. He and Robby were good company and my reason for staying the full time in IBIS. The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Great place to stay for families, close to Jakarta International Airport CGK. The breakfasts are amazingly good and generous. The rooms are spacious and clean. AC works perfectly. Safe neighborhood, and the free shuttle is so useful. The staff is the best: very friendly, so helpful, and very kind. The pool is very fun for the whole family. The food from the restaurant is yummy, and the wifi is fast. We stayed there a couple of times and loved it every time. Our little 10-year old wants to add this: ”I love the breakfasts because their fried rice is awesome aaaand the fruits. One of the most respectful hotels I've been to in my LIFE!”

Das Hotel hat viele Möglichkeiten, sie werden Ihren Tisch reinigen und Sie um die Lebensmittel bitten. Dieser Ort in der Nähe KIP/KIP2 so habe ich gerade Zeit in der neuen Stadt verbracht für meine 2 Tage 1 Nachtreise.

Es ist toll, am nächsten Tag kostenlos zum Flughafen zu fahren. Das Essen am Frühstücksbuffet ist köstlich. Der Duschkopf hat eine starke Wassersäule, was beim Waschen sehr erfrischend ist. Ich werde das nächste Mal wieder dort übernachten!
