Die Hotels sind sehr erstaunt, und ich bin erstmals ins Hotel gekommen, und sie geben mir immer eine freundliche Art, die Sicherheitspersonal, das Frontbüropersonal und das Restaurantpersonal alle sehen sehr ehrlich aus. Ich kam früh morgens und wurde von dem Personal des Frontbüros namens Faris bearbeitet. Obwohl es um 6 Uhr war und er auf seinem Nachtplan ist, aber er sieht nicht müde aus, er begrüßt mich immer noch mit freundlichem Geste. Ich sagte ihm, ich sei gekommen, um das Konzert bei ICE BSD zu besuchen, so dass ich nur die Registrierung machen und das Hotel für Vorbereitung verlassen. Dann kam ich am Abend nach dem Konzert und fand die schönste weltbehandelung aus dem Hotel. Ich bin ziemlich sicher, dass die Idee von ihm war. Mein Herz berührte mich und ich war sehr glücklich. Danke Mercure, dann empfehle ich dieses Hotel an andere.

Die Lage ist sehr beeindruckend, neben der Stadt Terrasse Mall, es scheint, es gibt eine Verbindung zwischen dem Hotel & Mall. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind ein bisschen alt, die Toilettentür muss repariert werden, denn wenn Sie sie öffnen wollen, ist es sehr schwer zu öffnen. Personal sind freundlich, wenn das Treffen kostet Personal grüßen.

Check-in nach einem langen Tag Geschäftstreffen und kann nicht warten, nur für eine Dusche zu nehmen und einen Kaffee schön ... und schließlich bin ich an das Fame Hotel Gading Serpong angekommen. Ich liebe das Hotel besonders die Farbe & Musik, bei der Prüfung im Prozess war es gut ging und es gibt eine junge Dame neben dem FO Personal aufstehen, die den gesamten Prozess hören und beobachten. Am nächsten Tag traf ich sie wieder im Lobby und sie kam mir nur um hallo zu sagen, fragte mich um meine Erfahrung und Feedback freundlich und gleichzeitig über mich eine Tasse Kaffee, obwohl sie wusste, dass ich mein Frühstück gemacht habe. Ich weiß, dass sie sehr bekannt ist, mit dem Fame Hotel Gading Serpong zu arbeiten, aber sie ( Iren ) ist ein sehr wichtiges Vermögen für das Unternehmen. Ich wünsche diese Rückmeldung nicht, weil sie über mich eine Tasse Kaffee übernahm. Sie hat wirklich ihre Rolle als Hotelier gezeigt. Schön, Sie zu treffen Iren und ich kommen zurück und danken Ihnen für Ihre warmste Gastfreundschaft.

Erstmals finden Sie ein Hotel, das an der Mall im Bintaro-Bereich, direkt an der Plaza Bintaro Jaya, der erste Mall in Bintaro, ist das Gebiet ziemlich gut integriert, so dass es sich bequem zu bleiben in diesem Hotel, Im Gegensatz zum Hotel gibt es ein Krankenhaus, 2 Sterne Einrichtungen, die sehr gut, sowie sauber lieferten. Ball Room Einrichtungen und Frühstücksmenü sind ziemlich gut, nahe dem Mall, so viele Auswahl an Nahrungsmitteln und Unterhaltung bis zum Abendessen, gelegentlich gehört Live-Musik vom Mall, dieses Hotel ist einen Versuch wert

Ich bin seit einiger Zeit ein häufiger Gast in Flat06 Cipete gewesen, und ich muss sagen, der Service ist selten enttäuscht. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Sicherheiten sind auch freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dieser Ort hat keinen Empfangstisch so oft war es die Sicherheit, die uns begrüßt und uns incheckte. Ich mag diese Idee, es ist effizient und einfach. Der Internetanschluss ist wunderbar und sie haben derzeit einen neuen Service, der in Superior Zimmer Gästen einen Netflix-Streaming-Service auf ihrem Zimmer haben könnte, es ist großartig. Das Pantry ist auch sehr schön und sauber, genau wie der Rest des Platzes. Insgesamt ist dies mein Lieblings-Wohnplatz in Südjakarta.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

The lobby looks very new. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious but gives you an “old room” vibe. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The room design just didn’t suit me. I would have preferred no TV than the tv in a tv wooden cabinet that was in the room. I loved the view from my room, though. And breakfast selection was decent.

I really loved staying here. The room is a bit outdated but it has bathtub in every room so it‘s still a win-win for me. The pool is big! The ambience is great lots of trees and so cozy for me and my family. It has water slide which not every hotel or resort has. Breakfast, well…standard for me, but the pancakes and waffles are great!
