Das Hotel ist gut, der Preis ist nicht hoch, wenn man frei reisen kann, ist es nicht empfehlenswert, hier zu wohnen, es gibt einen Parkplatz. Das Buffet im Hotel ist durchschnittlich, man kennt die WLAN-Geschwindigkeit, etwas klemmt, das Hotel ist ein zweistöckiges Zimmer, ich weiß nicht, wo der Router installiert ist, wenn das Zimmer weit weg ist, gibt es kein Signal an alle. Der Hotelservice ist weiterhin verfügbar und bietet einen Abholservice, aber der Preis ist, wie Sie wissen, mindestens fünfmal teurer als in China.

Die Umgebung des Hotels ist relativ einfach, in einer kleinen Stadt gelegen, umgeben von Industriegebieten und Lagerhäusern. Weil der Kunde hier keine Wahl hat, ist @酒店 selbst relativ neu und in der Umgebung besser. Das Standard-Doppelzimmer ist nicht zu groß und die Dekoration ist im Stil eines schnellen Hotels. Und dieser Preis beinhaltet kein Frühstück, das Frühstück muss separat gekauft werden, aber das Frühstück ist einfach und der Preis von 350 P ist wirklich nicht hoch. Für Geschäftsreisen ist der Verkehr günstig und es gibt auch 7-11 Fastfood-Restaurants in den umliegenden Cafés. Auf Reisen nicht zu empfehlen

The whole room is clean. Staff are all well -accomodating. No id policy is good to avoid unwanted guests. Location is great. To step up more ;change old slippers to new ones. use toothpaste in sachet... mini tube toothpaste is too little... use some fragrant air freshners in the room.. change the shower.. it sprinkled too little water which makes bath uncomfortable. Above all, This hotel deserve my 3 .5 stars out of 5.

Angeblich ein 1-tägiger Familienurlaub. Wir konnten das nicht tun, weil Kinder nicht erlaubt waren. Verständlich, es ist die Politik aufgrund des Virus. Insgesamt sind die Hotelmitarbeiter freundlich, das Restaurant hat einen guten und schnellen Service und wir lieben das Zimmer.

We booked 2nights stay for our wedding anniversary. Check in was smooth and efficient. We were escorted to our room (Safari couple) and assisted in bringing our bags. The room was clean, although it is small, it was very cozy and you'll really get to feel the glamping vibe which me and my husband liked a lot. The shower area has a bit of moulds but it was minimal. The mosquito net is a saviour though the one we had has a hole luckily not much of mosquitos during our stay. The jacuzzi is nice. When we arrived the jacuzzi was ready and warmed up so all we had to do was jump into it. They also allow using bath bombs or bubble bath which is really nice cause one would enjoy jacuzzi with that and also you can request to change the water of the jacuzzi especially if you are staying more than 1night so that everyday the water is fresh. We didn't request for housekeeping during our stay so they were quite generous on replenishing our amenities instead. Breakfast option is so so we'd say. Menu is bit pricey for us. So we mostly opted for grab food. Speaking of, we ordered Andoks via Grab for our lunch on our 1st day. We ate just outside our tent for our lunch. We didn't get to finish the food cause it was too much for us, in short we had left overs of Andoks (1 bangus + 2 quarter parts of chicken + 1 bbq stick). We covered the left over food nicely and left them on top of our table just outside our tent assuming that it is safe to leave them there since we couldn't really bring them inside our tent cause it would smell. So then we went ahead and took our afternoon nap and when we wake up and checked on our left over food to have it for dinner; we were surprised that some of it were partially taken. The 1pc bbq stick and 1 quarter of chicken were gone. My husband and I thought that maybe one of us had eaten it while one was asleep but it was not. We also thought that maybe the insects around probably poke into our food but then the food was still covered nicely when we came back for it. Somebody must have meddle into our food while we were away asleep. Tbh, it wasn't really a big deal for us cause the food wasn't really that pricey and we will be happy to share it to the needy but the thought of somebody was meddling on our belongings while we were just few steps away asleep inside our tent makes it feel odd. We hope security could be better in future. We went to swim on our 2nd day. We were at the biggest pool that morning when we were asked to leave cause they have to clean it. The staff politely asked us to leave and transfer to another pool instead, it was fine to us but we thought that it would be better if they schedule the pool cleaning not during the operating hours so that guests can really maximise the pool usage. Check out was smooth as well. We were assisted by Melissa. Have shared to her our feedback and she was apologetic about it. But overall stay was lovely. Wir haben uns im letzten Moment übernachten gebucht (seit unsere üblichen Orte in Tagaytay voll gebucht wurden) und wir haben es nicht bedauert. Wir haben die Familiensuite für unsere Familie von acht (einschließlich drei Kinder unter 10 Jahren) und es war gut für uns alle. Das Hotelpersonal, insbesondere Mike, der Manager und Norman waren sehr nett und untergebracht. Sie informierten uns gut und gab uns viele Tipps, so dass wir uns nicht gedacht, dass es nach 10 Uhr nur ein begrenzter Service gab. Zimmer und Innenräume des Hotels sind sehr kreativ gestaltet - tatsächlich inspiriert uns, Weinflaschen und Karten in die Heimat Dekor zu recyclen. Lage funktionierte auch für uns - es ist nicht langs die besetzte Hauptstraße von Tagaytay, sondern sehr nahe der Autobahn. Es gab uns das Aussehen, dass wir uns sehr gefallen versteckt haben. Es ist auch hinter Aozora, der beliebten japanischen Restaurant in Tagaytay, so dass es ein großer Plus (einfacher Zugang zu großartigen Lebensmitteln) war. Es wäre meine erste Bewertung und erste Buchung mit Trip.com, und ich bin froh, dass es so ein erinnerelicher Aufenthalt im Anya Resort war. Das Resort war so entspannt und ich liebe die Einrichtungen, vor allem den Schwimmbad; es war ein erwärmter Pool, auch wenn Sie nachts schwimmen. Auch das Personal ist sehr gut zu beherbergen, wohin auch immer Sie gehen, wenn Sie am Tag sehen, dass sie nicht zögern, Sie zu begrüßen. Es war eine Freude, dass sie uns ein exklusiven Frühstücksbuffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge gegeben haben, obwohl wir nicht Elite-Mitglied im Club Lounge sind. Mein Verlobter und ich genossen, im Hotel zu bleiben. Anya Resort ist eines der besten Resorts, die wir bisher besucht haben. Wir planen bald wieder zurückzukommen. Honestly the hotel as I mentioned above is excellent hotel in everything but the problem for the peoples who will select room with breakfast as me , the problem I paid money to eat breakfast as I like or there is buffet breakfast but the problem, the procedure is different. The menus only assigned some items and need to choose one and this is not fair due I am Arab and different due Muslim and not eat any food , anyway thanks for all your nice kind and nice in services and nice people do their best to satisfy the guest in the guest hotel 🙏

If you want to go somewhere quite and just chill this is the place to be. It has a stunning view of Tagaytay. The only down side is their pool has no heater so it would be freezing as expected lol. Their in house Spa inside the hotel is a super plus, super relaxing and not iver priced. I also love the food at their restaurant, I ordered a lot lol. Complimentary breakfast is standard. Parking lot is spacious when we came in. Area is accessible to nearby Tagaytay spots. I will definitely comeback if I am in the area.
