Großer Ort, wenn in Calamba zu bleiben. Sehr neu, sauber und gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bietet immer Grüße. Nahe der Autobahn für einfachen Zugang zu und von täglichen Ausflügen. Nur etwa eine Stunde von Manila. 7-11 über die Straße. Jolibee und andere Restaurants in der Nähe. Café im Hotel hatte wirklich gutes Frühstück. Nettes Pool, aber ich konnte es nicht verwenden. The staff is polite and attentive to your needs. There is ample parking at the back of the building. That’s about the only good things about it. The wifi is fast and strong if you’re at the lobby and even at the hallways of the second floor, but the wifi gets weak and later disappears inside the room. Using your own mobile data is not helpful because the signal is 3G. The LTE signal is in and out. The standard room is quite basic. No cable or satellite TV service. Only a TV Plus digital TV receiver and a small Hanabishi LCD TV. The bathroom has the usual amenities but no water heater. That’s OK for the hot and humid season, but not in the cooler months. There is a towel, soap and tissue roll. The worst part is that the national highway is in front of the hotel. There is absolutely no soundproofing of any kind. Starting midnight, all sorts of road noise wakes me up several times. The passing of vehicles with modified mufflers of jeepneys, motorcycle and cars that make it noisy and trucks who honk very loudly woke me up many times. Even my colleagues who are in the rooms on the inner part of are awoken by the same noises. This is cause for poor quality rest and sleep. We will never come back here.

Während sowohl das Personal als auch das Management sehr freundlich und auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten waren.

Overall experience was excellent. I really appreciate the staffs especially the receptionist or lobby area. They are very accommodating, lively and kindness. The Baker J breakfast was delicious but the juice and coffee has nothing special. The price is also expensive. I think the only thing I didn't like is the location, because there's no beautiful view near at the hotel and even tourist spots are too far but still the place was good. Thanks!

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

Das Hotel ist gut, der Preis ist nicht hoch, wenn man frei reisen kann, ist es nicht empfehlenswert, hier zu wohnen, es gibt einen Parkplatz. Das Buffet im Hotel ist durchschnittlich, man kennt die WLAN-Geschwindigkeit, etwas klemmt, das Hotel ist ein zweistöckiges Zimmer, ich weiß nicht, wo der Router installiert ist, wenn das Zimmer weit weg ist, gibt es kein Signal an alle. Der Hotelservice ist weiterhin verfügbar und bietet einen Abholservice, aber der Preis ist, wie Sie wissen, mindestens fünfmal teurer als in China.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Freundliches Personal. Essen ist besonders großartig die Reisbäume! Allerdings ist einige ihrer Lebensmittel speziell die Pilz- und Hühnerpasta ein wenig preiswert für seine Service. Marami na ako natry na pasta pero ang onti and di masyadong malasa aber unser Gesamtaufenthalt war gut. Nagenjoy ako kasi pumunta lang kami Batangas para sa Lomi. Haha!!
