Very nice location, front staff is very kind. Room cleaning was forgotten two times. Room cleaning staff don't say hi when we met them in the hallway. Pool is very good. Better and cleaner than other hotels nearby. Direct acces to the beach is nice too. Pool restaurant could have a better menu ( Dusit have Taji Grill and Tabu bar)

Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends.

景色沒話説，但是酒店確實是老了，衹能説各方面還設施還算周全，服務也是蠻熱情的。關島和十年前第一次來沒什麼變化，個人覺得Haytt是關島位置最好的酒店，關島還是比較適合遊玩四到五天的。海浪不大很適合下海玩，基本都是韓國人和日本人，幾乎沒怎麼看到過國人，非常小眾的旅行目的地。希望關島的奧特萊斯可以早點開拉夫勞倫！

괌 전체적으로 시설이 노후화된 점은 어쩔수 없었지만 냉장고 문조차 잘 안닫아지고 샤워실은 좁고 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 다만 수영장이 좋았고 위치는 최고였습니다.

정말 너무너무 좋앟던 호털리조트입니다 괌에서 제일 좋은거 같아요ㅠ 롯데랑 하얏트 예약했는데 확실히 하얏트가 훨 좋네요

하얏트는 인터네셔널 체인으로 품격과 시설이 만족스러웠습니다. 조식도 훌륭하고 수영장등도 아주 좋네요. 다음에 또 이용하겠습니다.

엄청나게 친절합니다. 역시 브랜드 호텔은 다르다는걸 보여줍니다. 호텔 자체는 오래되어서 군데군데 낡았어요 그래도 수영장도 좋고 다들 친절해서 잘 쉬다 왔습니다.

하얏트호텔이 아이들도없고 조용한 분위기라하여 예약했어요 수영장 컨디션좋았고 위치 분위기 모두좋았습니다 해변도바로앞이라 바다와 수영장 번갈아가며 놀기 좋았에요 그치만 조식은 별로입니다 ㅠㅠ

호텔 자체는 오래 된 시설로 인지는 하고 방문 했습니다. 1. 방문 첫날 커텐박스가 떨여ㅓ져서 수리 요청 하였으나 조치가 되지 않아 3회 요청에 수리 받음. 2일차 오후에 시공 2. 샤워 수전 첫 날 저녁 수영 후 사용하는데 떨어짐... 시설이 오래된 부분은 어느정도 감안하고 방문 하시면 서비스, 수영장, 해안가 접근성, 메인 스트릿 접근성 등 우수함 다만, 요청 사항에 대해 조치가 매우 느리고 요청사항이 자주 누락되는 건 다른 후기와 동일하니 참고

Nice的服務員，有問題都能熱情回答，積極處理。 舒適的房間，不是很新，但是不陳舊，乾淨，無噪音，無氣味。 酒店位置沙灘是公用的，但是非常安靜，沙特別細，白白的，軟軟的。 水和冰🧊是在固定de樓層提供，不是瓶裝水。會提供兩個運動水杯，去游泳時帶正好用上。 早餐自助餐很豐富，每天會調整菜色。 晚餐是點餐的，可以在幾個餐廳自由選擇，也完全足夠。
