Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine. - Trash Info: Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located in the parking area - PETS: We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets. Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees.
