NEW! Luxurious HOT TUB 4 BR Home Central location BUCCS Stadium Downtown Beaches

The house had an odor when walking in and the floors were also super dirty. I don’t think they were cleaned before us because we found rubber cockroaches under one of the beds. We had a pet but the gate doors in the back is broken and will swing open. The location was ok but I had three kids I definitely wouldn’t let out front without me. It’s down town so that was cool. The hot tub is miss leading it’s definitely not luxurious. It was leaking so the water level was super low. It also only had two seats where the jets actually work. I also want to add that I did not contact the owner to see these could be fixed because we had a schedule and I didn’t want to be on someone else’s time while on vacation. I also didn’t want to leave my dog alone if someone had to come in to fix things.

Simple house but clean and accommodating. Not the best neighborhood but felt safe enough. Close to the stadium and not to bad of a drive to downtown and Ybor area

House was nice. Easy location to things. Only thing was the fence should be fixed so if you want to use the hot tub you’re not staring at the neighbors back yard that is trashy looking.

Not as advertised... nothing NEW or Luxurious about the property... we stayed for an hour and left and went to a hotel. Not a desirable neighborhood... old and tired property...

Fast, efficient, and exactly as advertised. Great stay, will use for future gatherings. Host was very responsive and answered all questions promptly.

House conviently located. House was clean but back yard needed a little work.
