I really am disappointed. The first night I arrived my key code that I was provided did not work. I called both numbers and the after hours number that was provided to me. The next morning I got in touch with someone and she provided mw with another code. It worked, the maintenance man came to show us how to work the shower and we talked about the door he checked and and stated it was broke and that’s why we were not able to get in the night before. He stated he would advise the owner of this and I would be reimbursed for that first night. The bedding was dirty the floors were visibly dirty, the towels they put out and had hanging in the bathroom was dirty, the shower curtain was dirty. So I had to spend 200 to get a room that first night at a hotel. Then had to spend more money to get bedding the rest of the days there plus cleaning supplies. The couch as so dirty didn’t even sit on it and there were tiny little bugs in the table and all along the baseboard. Not to mention I had to buy chairs to sit in and leave them because I couldn’t bring them back on the plane I had to get new shower curtains. Not to mention I had three kids with me. I did not feel safe there was a back door with little locks a front door anyone could have had the code to and rats are and raccoons just hanging out in the front. The advertising showed a completely different place that I was provided it showed nice rooms that were clean a laundry area which was all false. No one has got back to me yet about my refund.
