We stayed at the beginning of February as one night stopover before going to the last destination. I had another hotel in mind but was really glad I selected AAC!! Their hospitality is second to none !! I don’t know if Sig. Roberto Tira is the owner (he is also an author, by the way) but if he is, he must have travelled extensively to understand the guests’ needs and appreciation, such as leg massage machine (which is nice as part of interior as well), chilled bottle of Prosecco, bottles of water, fruit juice and coffee machine in the room. The room and also the bathroom we stayed are large enough...ours was room 8...I requested quiet room on the lower floor and it was perfect...I liked their bathroom amenities by ‘Prija’..natural skin products. And they even provide slippers, too !! Ok, this is not a 5 star luxury hotel and they naturally don’t have club lounge as such. But there are always plenty of sweet and salty snacks, coffee and bottles of water available in the lounge where breakfast is also served. I rarely find my kind of cornetto but they provide the one I like. It was also nice surprise that they even offer a little facial gadget, too. Roberto is very kind host. He was always there to assist us no matter how small it was. I very much felt ‘omotenashi’ spirit..meaning hospitality in Japanese.. at AAC in this little corner of Italy, perhaps the same hospitality you experience when you stay at very good typical Japanese inns. Thank you for the lovely experience. Can’t wait to come back wholeheartedly!!

Great, majestic place. First of all, manager Senior Roberto, called us back after 3 minutes we made a booking. He asked details, said he can store our luggage before check-in, we came early, left the luggage, received the key from the room, instructions and went away. When we back, luggage was in the room, fabulous room and bathroom+ foot massage chairs in the room for free, so you can make foot massage, both of you in the same moment, not 1!, Bottle of champagne in the fridge, as a welcome drink, big choice of coffee for your private use in the room, coffee machine in the room+ inclusive breakfast .+ Selection of many snacks and coffee in lounge, beautiful lounge. ByFantastic interior. Just for 50€+-, depends on the day of booking, price can be different. Great location, nice atmosphere BUT 1st of All Mr.Roberto respondind, kind, professional 💖💖💖. siamo stati in questo ART Hotel in 4 famiglie...il commento è unico: siamo stati benissimo...ottima location, vicina al centro..10 minuti a piedi e al parcheggio Diamanti...10 minuti a piedi. ART ha camere molto grandi e comode, bagni grandi...tutto estremamente pulito e ordinato, a a disposizione una sala comune dove poter prendere un caffè o un tea, personale anche se non presente...sempre a disposizione con una semplice telefonata, ringrazio Maria che è stata così gentile nell'aspettarci; molto bella e accurata la ristrutturazione! speriamo di tornare vostri ospiti

Enorme suite con doccia da 4mq e in pieno centro al prezzo di una stanza standard. Host cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia buona. Letto comodo. Colazione migliorabile. Piccoli difetti del tempo su qualche arredo e infisso. Una chicca i massaggiatori per le gambe. Ci tornerei

Punti a favore: posizione della struttura e pulizia. Contro: servizio non pervenuto, letti non commentabili. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e la sera mentre eravamo a cena ci hanno detto che la mattina dopo non ci sarebbe stata la colazione e che potevamo andare a tal bar a prendere caffè e brioche (offerti). Ora, io capisco ci possano esser imprevisti, ma se causi un disagio ad un cliente, secondo me sarebbe buona norma offrire qualcosa in più, non un misero caffè con una brioche. Per farla breve: la colazione in struttura sarebbe dovuta essere dalle 8. Alle 8.20 arriviamo al bar ed è chiuso. Apertura 8.30. Alle 8.40 ancora chiuso, quindi decidiamo di andare a fare colazione in un altro bar. Scrivo a Sofia per far presente che il bar era chiuso. Non mi aspettavo una risposta istantanea, ma neanche di essere ignorata. Un "mi dispiace" mi sarebbe sembrato proprio il minimo. Letto della stanza Warhal che sembrava un'amaca, ci siamo svegliati con la schiena a pezzi.

Junior suite molto grande e arredata con gusto, ma avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata sotto tutti i punti di vista: sia nelle rifiniture (una delle due finestre “a soffitto” oscurata con un telo di fortuna; specchio del bagno rovinato) che in aspetti più essenziali (uno su tutti la doccia: una bellissima doccia idromassaggio ma funzionante solo come doccia normale, con il reggi doccino rotto e quindi non utilizzabile). Anche la colazione è, diciamo, molto migliorabile: succhi di frutta non tenuti in fresco (che ad Agosto significa berli caldi), poca scelta nel cibo. Il proprietario è molto gentile e l’operazione di check-in elettronico è molto rapida e funzionale. Ottima la posizione e comodissimo il parcheggio a due passi dall’hotel (utilizzabile per soli 2€ al giorno)
