I stayed for 2 nights and it was a lovely experience. First of all, the location is strategic because I could visit many local foods in walking distance. Second, the room was clean and spacious even for the cheapest type. I like that the mirror was still clear after taking a bath with warm water. But it still needs improvement, like a brighter lamp in the shower area. And also the shower head needs some cleaning. Third, I love the breakfast they served. It was delicious but it would be better if you can provide butter instead of margarine at the bread stall. I appreciate that the Kolak was good, not only tasted sweet by sugar but also tasted the sweet from the banana. Last but not least, the staff were very welcome to the customer. Fast check-in and check-out process. And the lovely warm greetings to each guest they met are really appreciated.

Während ich letztes Monat Südsumatra besuchte, wurde mir vorgeschlagen, Bangka Island zu besuchen, wie die Zeit erlaubt, Ich fliege von Palembang, einfach 50 Minuten mit Sriwijaya Luft, alles sehr gut. Ich wollte etwas „wild“ mit Unterkünften vor dem Strand und das habe ich.. Die Strände sind groß, sehr “wild” und das Szenario wie in einem Flintstones Film, sehr charakteristisch, ganz einzigartig Szenario, sauberes Wasser, Sand sehr schön (außer bilden die Tonnen von Kunststoffen , die das Resort nicht sauber, leider) ein Teil, dass, Sehr schöne Küstenlinie, perfekt für eine solo- oder Familienausflug, sehr entspannend. Jetzt für den enttäuschendsten Teil, Ich hätte gerne das “wild” Gefühl nur für die Umgebung gehalten, aber leider war die Unterkunft eine Katastrophe, sehr (sehr) alt, sehr schlechte Zimmer Wartung, Bettwäsche, nicht sauber, TV funktioniert nicht, Zimmer wird nicht täglich gemacht, etc., etc., etc. Was für eine Schande, weil die Lage ist groß. Nahrungsmittel bieten sehr schlecht. Einige Mitarbeiter auch, obwohl alle sehr nett Menschen.. Ja, ich weiß, es ist eine Covid-Periode, aber glauben Sie mir, die Instandhaltung des Resorts wurde es vor der Pandemie verlassen, jetzt wird es nur eine Entschuldigung... so ist ja teuer für das, was Sie erhalten, Aber im Grunde ist der Zimmerpreis, den Sie zahlen, 90% für die Aussicht und den Strand und der Rest 10% wäre für das “Zimmer” Würde ich zurück nach Bangka , ja, warum nicht? würde ich zurück zu diesem Hotel? Nun.. ja, wenn sie eine große Renovierung machen, wenn nicht... tut mir leid ist ein nein... Danke !

Was für einen guten Ort zu bleiben! Sauber und großes Zimmer mit einem wunderschönen Balkon. Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind wirklich nett, großes Ermessen für Duo Ryan und Yogi im Restaurant, die immer unsere Bedürfnisse verstehen. Besonders danke Frau Triayu in der Front-Desk, die mich zu meiner Bewertung Anwendung vorgestellt, so dass ich nicht meinen Punkt verloren während meines Aufenthalts in Santika.
