We stay here every time we tour the area on our motorbike. It is such a lovely hotel. Our favourite! The house is beautifully kept. We always eat at the restaurant owned by the proprietors, it is really good! Looking for to returning next year!

Hotel el Corcal de Liebana is difficult to access by car but is easily accessed by, and a haven for, motorcycles. Parking for cars is not convenient. The proprietor is a lovely lady. The room was not great. The hotel has a gorgeous view from the breakfast room but our room had no view. Decor is quirky. The large window blind was non functional so the room could not be darkened. The bathroom had a tiny, spaceship shower. The bed was okay. The included breakfast was fine. Overall, it was okay for one night.

From the story the owners told about the hotel, we had expectet a hotel with more atmosphere of a family run hotel. Posada El Corcal did not at all meet our expectations. Scented commen areas with lounge music everywhere might apply to some, but unfortunately not us. We had booked for 5 nights, but we left after 3. Three stars? A very helpfull staff, a clean room and nice breakfast.

Fantastic, beautiful place to stay, stunning scenery ,bedroom spotless and so comfortable, with food to die for at a great price , they have a lovely small bar and restaurant, run by a lovely family, Faultless , we will be back 100%

Stopped here for three days as part of a motorcycling break with a friend. The hotel is clean, very comfortable and perfectly located for the Pecos. Rooms are large and well equipped with very comfortable beds, and with fab views from the small balconies most seem to have. Lockable garage is available for bikes but cars must park on the road a short distance away. Handy bar close by. I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Lovely setting, beautiful views from the balcony of snow capped mountains, clean, well equipped and decorated rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Local bar and restaurant were excellent. We could not ask for more. Will definitely pay another visit.

A wonderful small posada in a small village - quiet and tranquil, but only a short hop to Potes if one wants the range of groceries, restaurants, and other diversions of the main regional tourist center. Spacious rooms, good breakfast, and nice views of the Picos. A short 1-minute walk to a restaurant owned by the same people (Restaurant Fofi) that has an excellent menu of the regional cuisine at prices we found especially good. There is far more to do in Picos de Europa than we could accomplish in the three days we spent in there, but for sure this will be our base when we return.

Ha sido fantástico. La posada es una preciosidad llena de detalles preciosos de decoración. Muy acogedora y funcional. La habitación con vistas a las montañas. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno muy abundante y exquisito y la comida y cenas estupendas en Casa Fofi. La ubicación inmejorable. Muy cerca de Potes y con paseos muy bonitos cerca de la posada. Recomendado 100%

Una experiencia genial, un equipo muy humano y sobre todo, atentos. El entorno es unico, abrir la ventana y ver los Picos de Europa, no tiene precio. Sitio de lo mas tranquiño y relajado. Volveremos seguro. Gracias a todos por los días que hemos pasado juntos.
