The property has great views of the mountains and views of Jounama Dam from the rear deck.The property backs onto Park land and has rear access for boats or other vehicles.Kosciuszko Lodge is only a few minutes walk from any of Talbingo's amenities including, children's playground, park, sporting oval, Country Club, golf course, tennis courts, Talbingo Lodge Restaurant, supermarket and service station. The lounge room has a large SMARTTV. Comfortable seating throughout and a reverse cycle split system air-conditioning unit are present. The kitchen at present is more than adequate. All beds have electric blankets for those cold winter nights. An extra toilet and shower located in the outside laundry. Kitchen is fully functional with crockery and cutlery provided. Property has a dishwasher.
