Hizmet genel olarak iyiydi, temizlik güzeldi. Odamızın banyosunda kurna olması beni çok memnun etti. Sabah kahvaltılarında masaya konulan menüden seçim yapılıyor ve önünüze güler yüzlü Batuhan bey ve Gülcan hanım tarafından getiriliyor. Restaurantın manzarası Erciyes Dağına bakıyor. Otel önünde park yeri mevcut.

Stayed for a night after our flight Everything was super clean, we really liked the different teas we got in our room. Also, the refreshing face towels was thoughtful. 1. We were picked by the hotel’s pick up service at 11:15 pm. He waited for us for 20 minutes and the communication was smooth before our arrival through email. They regularly checked on us for any delays or issues. 2. Breakfast was superb. Hotel’s location is very near to the bus stop where we took the bus to Kayseri bus terminal for Capadocia. Super comfy bed was a plus! 3. A big shoutout to Halil, he dropped us to the bus stop in his car as he feared we might get lost on our way( he didn’t speak English and we couldn’t understand his directions in Turkish :) Truly praiseworthy, professional and kind! He didn’t took any money though it was just 5 minutes distance by car.

Genel haliyle otelden cok memnun kaldık özellikle çalışanlardan çok güler yüzlü ve her koşulda yardımcı oluyorlar .kahvaltıda her şeyi tam istediğimiz gibi getiren sezen hanıma da teşekkür ederiz tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle .........

otelde 3-4 hafta önce 2 aile olarak konakladık. yeni bir otel, tertemiz, başta otel müdürü İsmail Bey olmak üzere personelin ilgi ve alakası gerçekten takdire şayan. kahvaltıyı da çok beğendim. her şeyi göz önünde bulundurarak fiyat performans oranı 10/10.

Kayseri’yi gezmek için gelmiştim otel gerçekten mükemmel Kayseri’de bulunan en nezih ve en güzel otel diyebilirim. Güzel bir deneyim oldu benim için de artık her Kayseri’ye gelişimde ilk tercih edeceğim oteller arasında ilk numaraya taşındı benim için. Çalışanları güler yüzlü ve bilgili her konuda yardım etmek için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Adres tarifi ve Kayseri’de gezilebilecek yerleri bile söylediler. Uzun zaman sonrasında ilk defa bu kadar kaliteli ve rahat konforlu bir uyku uyudum. Otel temizliği konusunda da hiç endişem olmadı çünkü her yer tertemizdi. Tüm çalışanlardan çok memnun kaldım çok ilgililerdi buradan da kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum.

Otel ***et konforlu. ***et temiz. Cok ilgililerdi. Bir daha ki gelişimde tercih edeceğim tek otel. Kahvaltısı yemekleri cok güzeldi. Kesinlikle Kayseri'ye gelince tercih edilmesi gereken bir yer. Herşey cok güzeldi tesekkur ederim.
