This house is the perfect combination of indoor & outdoor living spaces. The ground floor has an outdoor patio, dining table, and bar as well as an enclosed kitchen and full bathroom. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath. Each bedroom has it's own AC unit and there is also an outdoor patio area to hang out and enjoy the beautiful garden views. The fully fenced yard has an outdoor shower, private parking, and a wonderful outdoor kitchen/dining area to enjoy! Along with the resident sloths that hangout in the almond tree, we have a resident outdoor cat named Minnette. She keeps all the critters away and is self-sufficient. Our management team ensures she is fed & healthy so you don't have to worry about a thing! We also see monkeys eat and play in the trees across the street, kinkajous and gorgeous birds.
