Auf meiner Reise nach Nordland lebte ich zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel, weil ich eine Nacht in der Stadt von Flyball Hoshan wohnte. Das ８-Ebene Hotel liegt auf der Hoshan Station, West Hoshan. Im Halbpaarbett ist ein komfortabeles Schlafen. Ich bin froh, mit einem Schluck von automatisiertem Verkaufsautomaten zu trinken. Auf jeden Fall mag ich natürlich warme Innensuppe und eine halb offene Suppe. In einer schwachen, fettigen Wärmepumpe wird der Körper warm. Haarwaschwasser • Wählen Sie ４ Art, es ist auch gut. Das Abendessen ist sehr reichhaltig und es ist eine Überraschung. Besonders zum Frühstück, gibt es viele kleine Menüs mit kleinen Fliegen und viele Gemüse in vielen Fliegengebieten. Es gibt eine offene Küche, die Rindfleisch und Kopfkochen vor Augen schmecken kann. 〆 Es ist ein bisschen scharf, aber die Orange und die Cowboy-Prämie sind reich. Es ist nicht sehr lecker nach dem Gewürz, sondern der Geschmack des Fliegens-Buffy kann ein ausgezeichnetes Geschmack haben. Ich möchte ein paar Tassen wechseln. Wenn Sie wieder den Berg fliegen, möchte ich dieses Hotel leben.

I stayed for 2 nights for the Takayama matsuri, so prices were obviously not bargain rates. I wanted to experience a traditional ryokan, and the Futarishizuka definitely fits the bill - sleeping on a futon (surprisingly comfortable) on a tatami mat floor, sliding screen doors. The hotel is a little tired e.g. the fittings such as the washbasin/vanity unit in my room were definitely showing their age. The main tatami bedroom had a low (sittinng on the floor with backrest) Japanese chair and low table by the TV, and the smaller room with a little wardrobe and vanity unit also had a couple of Western chairs and table, and fine views over the city. There was a kettle, teapot (green tea but no hojicha, and a cookie), and TV in the room. My room also had a separate toilet (Japanese technotoilet) and a little bathroom with bathtub which I didn't use as I prefered the onsen experience. I was very glad of the quilted jacket provided along with the cotton yukata as it was a bit chilly my first evening and when I went down to breakfast the next morning. (More guests at breakfast were wearing the yukatas than every day clothes). I had breakfast at the ryokan but not dinner. The first day the breakfast was very Japanese (grilled fish, various vegetables, pickles, rice, miso, an egg (cold but not totally uncooked - the white was white) which I wasn't sure what to do with so mixed it in with my rice) plus some fruit. I'm not sure if the brown beans in goo was the infamous natto (the ”Marmite” divisive Japanese breakfast food item) as the flavour wasn't that strong. There is a coffee machine in the lobby as well as tea served with breakfast. The second day the breakfast was more fusion - one dish with simmering tofu in broth, another with more Western style ham, fried egg and a couple of bits of wiener type sausage, plus various random salady items, rice and tea. I didn't get to experience the outdoor onsen, only the indoor one. (They switch the red noren curtain (ladies) and blue one (men's) between the 2 changing room entrances, one for indoors and one for outdoors). The indoor onsen has 2 ”pot baths” which were a lovely temperature, and a square one (a bit hot for me). The hotel is up a bit of a steep hill, but they offer a shuttle minibus service to and from the station for guests. I'd recommending bringing a sleep eye mask (the one from your airplane amenity kit) as it got quite light quite early (no modern heavy blackout curtains in the room). Don't expect a modern designer boutique hotel, but enjoy a taste of traditional Japanese hospitality.

Wir haben im Hotel Associa Takayama Resort als Teil unserer Tourgruppe geblieben. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zwillingszimmer auf dem 15. Stock des Alpen Wing, das das größte Zimmer unserer Tour war. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel wie die Betten. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren unspottbar sauber. Es gab Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer. Das Resort ist an den Ufer von Takayama, aber es gibt einen Shuttlebus in das Zentrum der Stadt. Im Hotel gibt es begrenzte Restaurants und 2 davon wurden bis zur Ankunft gebucht. Wir konnten in das japanische Restaurant reservieren und dort ein leckeres Essen hatten. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte kein Getreide. Auf dem Boden war ein Waschmaschine mit einer Reihe von kombinierten Waschmaschine/Trocknern, die ihr eigenes Reinigungsmittel versorgten.

Ich habe es für meinen Familienausflug benutzt. In 10 bis 15 Gehminuten erreichen Sie das alte Stadtbild, das eine Touristenattraktion ist und gut erreichbar ist. Das Innere des Hotels ist sehr sauber mit dem warmen Design von Holz. Kostenloser Instant-Kaffee steht zur Verfügung, damit Sie ihn auf Ihrem Zimmer trinken können. Es gibt auch Kleidung in der Halle, und nur wer sie benutzen möchte, kann sie sich selbst ausleihen. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber Bad und WC sind getrennt. Ich habe es dieses Mal nicht genutzt, weil es im 7. Stock eine heiße Quelle gibt. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Wasserkocher. Keine Reichweite. Ich denke, es ist ziemlich selten, ein so günstiges Hotel zu finden, das von vier Familienmitgliedern genutzt werden kann, um die heißen Quellen zu betreten. Es gibt auch ein Familienbad, das bei Verfügbarkeit ohne Reservierung genutzt werden kann. Allerdings ist es im Winter kalt und die Badewanne ist klein, daher denke ich, dass es für zwei oder mehr Erwachsene schwierig ist. Der dritte Parkplatz ist kostenlos, aber wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst und ist ca. 4-5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie das Formular zum Anbringen an der Windschutzscheibe vorab an der Rezeption abholen müssen. Dies ist ein Hotel, das Sie auf jeden Fall nutzen möchten, wenn Sie Takayama besuchen.

Nice shuttle from the train station; however, in truth the hotel is a mere six blocks or so away, so unless you're hauling alot of luggage, its really easy to walk to the hotel. That said, Takayama Green is also a bit of a walk from Old Town Takayama and for us, that was the reason to visit. But again, Takayama is small enough that a walk there was maybe 15 minutes. Took a taxi once and it was maybe 900 yen. Best thing was the onsen spa. Some indoors, but the outdoor was nicely set up and very relaxing. A surprising lack of open restaurants, and those that were open they didn't have tables available until later in the evening. Hence, we walked to Old Town for most meals. Of the hotels we stayed at on this trip this was probably the ones we didn't like as much. Again, it wasn't a bad hotel, and some would say the onsen was worth the stay regardless. But at a distance from Old Town, and restaurants on site being a bit unavailable, it was a bit of a disappointment.

Wanosato is located next to a picturesque rock strewn river surrounded by old pine trees. The setting is quiet and relaxing with just the sound of flowing water. If you’re planning to explore Takayama you will need transportation for the short drive there. The well established ryokan has several baths available and they are all enjoyable. Our room was spacious and clean with good AC and a small refrigerator. There is a charge for non alcoholic drinks from the refrigerator which is different from other ryokans on our trip. Meals were excellent without fail and the service level is very good. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Shuttle service to and from the train station. Very pleasant stay.
