Hotel AreaOne Takamatsu Bewertungen

Once I check-in to the hotel, I found that my room is half block down the street in the Annex. Walking in cold rain is no fun. On the check-out day I want to drop of my bags and come back to pick up later. No staff at the counter for 15 minutes. The hotel is pretty old. It reminds me of Motel-6 in the USA. For that price that are better choice in the Takamatsu area.

A bit old building

Very bad experience! Only good thing is about location which is about 2-3 minutes walk from JR station. The hotel needs desperate renovation. You can easily see tear down of wallpaper in the room. We feel like going back to 70’s or 80’s. We complained about cracks on the wash basin and used tooth brush packs and requested for immediate room change. Definitely not recommend for staying😡

Price is good. Location is great, just 5 mins by foot to JR Takamatsu and the train station Takamatsu-Chicco. Staff is helpful and nice too. However, the room is old and aging on the amenities. Dust is on the desk, on ceiling, and near the air-conditioner. Carpet looks not washed for quite some time. Fortunately the bed is comfortable and I feel hygiene on it. For someone who has high standard of hygiene, this hotel would not be an option for them.

- Staff are friendly, staff can speak Japanese & mandarin. - location is great, right next to the station. - rooms are tidy, but decos are old. - strange light system, lights on whole night unless turn off the main switch (means no phone charging)

Excellent location for train, buses and ferries. Room clean if somewhat dilapidated (peeling wallpaper). Windows are sound proof so it’s very quiet. Breakfast consists of your choice of drink and two buns/sandwiches in a good bakery in the train station. Wifi terrible, needed to be switched on and off to boost about every 30 seconds. Tea/coffee for the taking in the lobby.

Relatively clean, well appointed room. However it is very old, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The staff were fantastic, and location could not be better.

- the room is small and typical of such chain hotel - located right in front of Takamatsu JR station - trams stops are a short walking distance away - convenience store also require small amount of walking - the room’s window “opened” to the wall of the next building (it’s so near you can touch it, just 10cm apart!) - overall not much issues but not a memorable place. Does it’s job as an overnight accommodation. - front desk ladies were polite but sterile

Really good location and some room has a good view. It's nice.

房間比想象中大，但是設施有一點老舊，基本乾淨，服務正常。checkin和房間不在同一幢樓，不過問題也不大。checkin的大堂裏有個shampoo bar可以自取（感覺像是一個推廣位），房間裏一次性用品和洗髮沐浴露都有。 優點是對我們的行程來説，位置比較好，就在高松站對面，離碼頭也近，坐車來回大阪、坐船去幾個島上都比較方便，但是離高松市中心比較遠。不過附近吃的和便利店都很多，吃飯不成問題～

在Trip網站預訂酒店很方便， 機場大巴直接到酒店附近 ， 到站後走路兩分鐘到酒店，服務人員很親切， 鄰近商場及交通中心， 感覺很好
