Der Eingang, das Restaurant und die Gästezimmer waren sauber, sodass ich eine gute Zeit hatte. Die Rezeption gab uns anhand einer Karte eine leicht verständliche Erklärung, etwa zur Lage des Takachiho-Schlucht-Parkplatzes und zu Straßensperrungen. Es ist ein Hotel, das ich beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder nutzen würde.

Takachiho hat auch nur dieses große Hotel und es gibt keine Wahl.

Das Hotel war neu und sehr sauber und das Frühstück war köstlich! Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es eine heiße Quelle gäbe, aber gut war, dass Bad und Toilette getrennt waren 😊 Allerdings war der Waschraum zu hoch und etwas umständlich zu benutzen 😅 Ich kann mein Kind nicht erreichen, also frage ich mich, ob es schön gewesen wäre, ein Sprungbrett zu haben?

The worst hotel of my stay in Kyushu, but yet the most expensive. I paid more than €370 for a suite but the bathroom smelled like sewer. when I reported it they just offered me another smaller room and no other compensation despite my requests. I asked for a commercial gesture but there was nothing to be done. The only good thing is that the hotel is nice looking but that's no use if the experience is bad. The next morning they gave us 2 pens and a picture as compensation. I really thought they were making fun of us. I feel frustrated. I will never repeat this experience and I do not recommend...

The front desk was very impolite on the day I checked in, kept asking me to stick the “do not disturb” sign on the door, even called to my room asking that at the moment I haven’t settled down yet! it’s good that not seeing them around afterwards. And the other front desk staff are nice and helpful. P.S I stayed in this hotel 3 days 2 nights

Lovely hotel located 5 minutes walk to Takachiho Shrine and 15-20 minutes to Takachiho Gorge. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Excellent service at the reception desk. Hotel provided seat cushions for us to sit on to watch the evening show at Takachiho Shrine. Also very helpful with confirming our next destination since we did not speak Japanese. Lovely meals in the onsite restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and even stay here again one day.

The hotel location is ok, but for the hotel standard, is over-price.

The service is good and the hotel is new and nice. However the bed is very springy and narrow and due to the way the cover beneath the sheet on the mattress fit the bed there was an annoying edge which limited the already narrow bed. I'm very sorry but a good bed is priority number one in a hotel for me.
