The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was old but very clean. Everyone from the staff to security was especially helpful to provide directions and insight. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. The location was optimal to walk to shopping, McDonalds, Cafe De Coral, and other restaurants. Pedestrian street was very convenient and fun to walk through. The lake view was very nice. There was karaoke at night until 10 pm outside but that is not the hotel’s fault. It wrapped up early so no concerns. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

已經入住過幾次的酒店，這次有空就來點評一下，因為多次入住感覺都很好。首先辦理入住很快、熟客入住還可以免收按金，非常棒；房間也比較舒適，價格不貴，性價比超高，前台美女很熱情，推薦了優惠活動給我換了更大的房間。 前台推薦去試一下餐廳，結果很是驚喜，早餐出品真的不錯，樣式挺多，有雞扒，煎雙蛋，多士，咖啡奶茶，有需要吃早餐的小夥伴們推薦你們預訂含早的，會划算很多！

Rooms are spacious and clean except for some stains at the curtains The 'Alexa/Google home' in the rooms made the stay even more comfortable as everything could be voice controlled. Interestingly, the hotel provides free supper from 9pm to 11pm which makes it very convenient for guests who arrived late in the hotel to have a quick bite without having to venture out. There are washing machines & dryer available in the hotel for guests to wash their clothes. Thank goodness for it especially during winter so we could bring less clothes along. Most importantly, the service from the staff is excellent. Every one we met in the hotel treated us warmly and went the extra mile to accede to our requests. We booked 3 rooms initially then added one more room after one night. Unfortunately, there wasn't any available room on the the same floor. However, the staff actually called us the next day and informed us of an available room on the same floor and asked if we would like to change the room so the entire family could be on the same floor. We were impressed with their attention to detail and their service! Thank you one and all at Mandarin Elegant Hotel for your warmth and graciousness and for making our stay enjoyable and memorable! 這家酒店是新開的，絕對是一家寶藏酒店！首先地理位置優越，下高速後，很快就到了，處於台山新區市中心，樓下就有一個大超市大商場，十分方便，停車免費，很好停。酒店的硬件設施非常完善，看得出來，質量槓槓滴，例如玻璃門，加厚的，密封性很好，各種電器，水壺風筒，都很好！還有智能語音服務，小朋友玩得不亦樂乎！床品很好，去玩了黑沙灘回來，睡了個好覺！酒店還貼心準備了洗衣液，房間有獨立洗衣機，可以用，這點真的是讓我很驚喜！不過有一説一，希望地下車庫的酒店過道，裝修可以快點弄好，這樣酒店的層次就更上一層樓啦！下次過來台山，還是會繼續入住這家酒店的，也會推薦好友預訂，祝酒店客似雲來，越來越好！

酒店地理位置優越，靠近步行街和商業城，吃飯比較方便，酒店房間衞生乾淨舒適，酒店位於舊市區，周邊繁榮興旺，酒店周邊環境安靜，前台小姐姐服務態度好，熱情，nice，總體性價比很高，下次還來入住

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ca. 30 Parkplätze, die Tiefgarage ist sehr groß. Samstags und sonntags verkehren viele Busse, die alle in die Handelsstadt Lai Lai fahren. Die Hotelleitung ist nicht sehr benutzerfreundlich und verlangt eine Kaution und zusätzliches Geld für eine zusätzliche Steppdecke ... Die Lage hier ist gut, der einzige Teeladen in der Nähe und es gibt einen direkten Bus nach Hongkong. In der Nähe liegt die ehemalige Innenstadt, wo Sie einkaufen können. Leckere Restaurants sind etwas weiter entfernt.

Die Service-Einstellung der beiden Schwestern auf der Rezeption ist sehr gut, die Umgebung ist gut, die Hygiene ist gut, das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sehr neu, wie die Vorschau auf Fotos des Hotels. Die einzige Schönheitsfehler war, dass zwei USB-Steckungen am Bettkopf zerbrochen sind. Darüber hinaus ist das Hotel auf drei Stockwerken hoch, neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein großer Disco, um 2.30 Uhr morgens gibt es immer noch eine Low-Sound-Musik, und ich habe einen Ohrring gehört, und ich habe die mittlere Lage im 3. Super well done hot springs procedure, good food selection, friendly cleaning service highly recommended. I was the only westerner there that I saw and still there was adequate food for me. Only con is there is no other option for dining than the resort. We took a didi to the nearby town, Chishui, for lunch and found delicious local restaurants. Even found a coffee shop there.
