Hotels in Xinyi District/Taipei 101, Taipeh

Das ausländische Servicepersonal des Hotels ist auf meine Frage gestoßen, weil sie wegen der Sprachbarriere aufgeben wollte, aber aktiv Hilfe bei einer taiwanesischen Kollegin suchte. Sie war sehr berührt von ihrer Begeisterung für den Service und gab einen Daumen hoch! Frühstück muss verstärkt werden, Erwartungen werden etwas enttäuscht. Die Hardware des Zimmers ist gut, die Landschaft vor dem Fenster ist unerwartet zusätzliche Punkte, danke~ Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich im Humble House Aili übernachtet habe, ich habe einen guten Eindruck, komme mit der Epidemie und werde es wieder besuchen?

Quite clean and convenient place. First floor is under renovation but no inconvenience caused and no noise.

Review is based on a 1 night stay in mid-Feb/2023. Nothing special about the experience at all. Which is fine if you’re not expecting anything. No sense of hospitality from any staff member. No visible effort to add a human touch to the stay. Bonvoy/Gold members have no obvious perks. Fruit and snacks in the room were pleasant. Plenty of bottled water. Internet reliable. Good desk space. Gym is clean and well equipped. Good location in the heart of Xinyi. 5-10 min walk from MRT/subway (Taipei City Hall station). Breakfast was like a slightly upscale college canteen. Thankful for the food and reasonable selection but nothing special about anything there. Perhaps staff members are out of practice after long periods of not having many guests during the pandemic. At the risk of sounding harsh, it wasn’t a memorable stay.

It's a great hotel with great facility and great location. It has great and instaworthy design.n Well, when it comes to value to money, this hotel is a let down. The price is overrated compare to the added value of the room and service you can get. Unless you really have high budget for hotel stay so that you can afford their suites room in high floor, the room (including its view) is just a so so (compare to its price) The most let down is their breakfast service in Yen. It consistently gave me an unfair table placement during my stay. Fyi, I am a non chinese asian solo traveller. I always come to the breakfast place quite early before 7 AM so that there are so many empty table. The restaurant officer always escort me to sit in small table with almost no view. Everytime i asked why i can't sit in the more better better place, they will answer that the tables are for more than 2 person. Again, i arrived very early in the morning so that almost every tables are empty. First, i tried to be positive, that maybe this restaurant would be very full soon and the officer would consistently place a single person guest like me in the smaller uninteresting position table. I was very dissapointed when they just escorted single or 2 person westerners to the tables with the best view with the capacity for 4 people or even sofa pavillion for 6. They were stayed there alone until their finish their breakfast. So dissapointed with this unfair treatment. Its front desk performance during my check out on june 4th 2023. It's almost 7 and only 1 officer standby. It's a very long waiting time (since i wait there since 06.35 AM). I also cant use the express check out because the express check out box has information that i can only do the express check out if I chose it during the check in (which nobody informed me). So my insight from this trip is: 1. Prepare a high budget so that you can afford their suites. You will experience the real W experience with that kind of room 2. Their breakfast restaurants service not really a best place for solo asian non chinese traveller. It has a great food and good view but yeah not the best service based on my experience

A nice & clean room. Very spacious, separated by business area, bedroom & toilet. There are 2 TVs with HDMI cables to attach your own devices. Toiletries all provided, with ironing board + iron in room. Overall pleasant stay.

Obwohl das Zimmer relativ klein ist, ist es sauber und sauber und es ist komfortabel zu leben (ein Einzelperson zu leben 😂 Zwei Personen nehmen ein Doppelzimmer wirklich zu schlafen), Kälte, Geschirr, Handtücher usw. sind sehr zufrieden. Die geografische Lage ist auch eine der Vorteile. Aber ein wenig bedauerlich ist, dass ich in das Fenster geplant bin, um ein Zimmer mit einer Wand zu halten, ohne Licht und ein bisschen Landschaft. Der Nachteil ist, dass der Raum für die Wäsche sehr klein ist. Die Erfahrung beim Haarwaschen ist zu gering. Der Boden des Bades wird auch schütteln, bevor Sie mit einem Schleier aus dem Schlafzimmer verlassen, müssen Sie sich in den Füßen des Wäsches ein paar Mal schütteln und am ersten Abend fast schütteln. Außerdem wird die Isolierung schlecht sein, aber niemand in meinem Zimmer ist sehr schwach, so dass es mich nicht sehr beeinflusst. Zusammenfassend fühle ich mich, dass der Preis noch etwas teuer ist.

this place was extremely dirty i stayed here for around 1 week and it didnt get cleaned once. on top of that the power went out and i was without charger wifi and ac for almost a full day. if these 2 things could be improved it would be a perfect accommodation so its a shame.

Es gibt viele Leute im Ci, aber das Restaurant ist gut geplant, damit Sie nicht einen Haufen Leute an der Theke haben! Und es gibt kleine After-Hour-Aufführungen, damit den Fahrgästen keine Langeweile wegen des Wartens aufkommt! Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hat ein großes Fenster, die Beleuchtung ist sehr hell, die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr sauber, das Bett ist sehr weich und bequem und der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, wenn Sie bis zum Morgengrauen aufwachen! Wenn Sie das nächste Mal nach Taipei kommen, um zu bleiben, ist Sheraton immer noch die erste Wahl

Das Hotel liegt am Longshan-Tempel an der Bannan-Linie. Der Fußweg vom Ausgang 2 zum Hotel dauert etwa 5 Minuten Die Wegbeschreibung entlang des Weges ist klar und leicht zum Hotel zu gelangen! Als ich gegen drei Uhr im Hotel ankam, brachte mich das Servicepersonal zum Check-in-Service zum Selbstbedienungs-Check-in-Schalter. Der Vorgang verlief reibungslos und der Check-in-Vorgang dauerte etwa 5 Minuten. Das Hotel, in dem wir dieses Mal übernachtet haben, liegt im 25. Stock eines Hochhauses mit Blick auf die Wohnhäuser. Das Hotelzimmer ist größer als erwartet und die Toilette verfügt über eine Nass- und Trockentrennung, außerdem gibt es eine Badewanne ! Es gibt auch ein Fenster, durch das die Badewanne auf die Residenz blickt. Das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und klingelt morgens an der Tür, um zu fragen, ob ein Wäscheservice erforderlich ist. Außerdem werden Zimmerkontrollen durchgeführt Womit ich sehr zufrieden bin, ist, dass es auf jeder Etage Wasserspender gibt, an denen man selbst heißes und kaltes Wasser einschenken kann, was es für mich sehr praktisch machte, während der gesamten Reise Tassennudeln als Nachtsnack zu haben🤣🤣 👍🏻
