It's a beautiful and new hotel. Around there is not much but construction. It's around 20 min from the city by taxi. The staff was really nice and friendly, room layout good. The Japanese breakfast for the room service was also good.

Room cleanliness can be improved, found some hair on some corners in the room, desks and end tables are not clean. Hotel is very new of course, nice atmosphere and design. Front desk service mainly friendly and great staff except for one night female staff who was unattententive and doesnt feel like she wants to assist customers.

pros: under big group and well equipped, room is big, shower is good, breakfast with a lot of varieties, typical 5-star hotel, some front desk and entrance’s staff are welcoming and professional
cons: room cleaning after the 1st day of the 2 nights is not up to standard, staff forgot to replace big towel and refill tissue paper, room service is rather slow as a 5-star hotel, and if you are sensitive to renovation smell, suggest not to stay in this hotel in the first 6 month after its opening from early Oct 2023, the smell are still there and not sure if the hotel can do better on air filtering in the coming months. location is ok but a bit far from main attractions.
