The hotel is in a very good location in BGC. Super convenient to explore BGC. During my 6 night stay, besides the business activities, I manged to visit the Mind museum, Thai massage (twice!), pedicure, hair styling, and the massive Market! Market! twice. There are numerous restaurants of all sorts of cuisine within short walking distances.
The room is very spacious. The bathroom is massive as well. The bed is very very BIG and comfy. It provides filtered water every day. The breakfast is fantastic with so many choices, especially for someone coming from the Europe. I particularly like the noodle soup cooked on demand. I had that every morning, with different types of noodle. They also make fresh omelettes on demand.
The hotel has an outdoor swimming, which I used it several times in the early morning. Pool was never busy at all, maybe I was quite early at 7am. There is also a mini gym, which I used one to run on the treadmill. I like both facilities.
The staff members are all very nice, and ready to help.
If I have to point out one reason the hotel can improve my experience, it is the lack of floor/table lamp near the desk in the room. I was able to work on my laptop, but a lamp providing extra light will help.
Also one must notice BGC is not an average place in metro Manila. This is the posh part of Manila. If one wants to truly experience Manila, then maybe should consider alternative places.

Es handelte sich um ein neu erbautes Gebäude (Fertigstellung im Jahr 2023), daher war es sauber, die Einrichtungen waren gut und SM AURA lag direkt gegenüber, was großartig war. Ich kam früh am Morgen an und hatte Hunger, daher war das 7-Eleven im ersten Stock des Hotelgebäudes wie ein willkommener Regen (?) in einer Dürre, also war es großartig.
Es war schön, dass SM AURA ein Restaurant hatte, in dem Leute mit wählerischen Essgewohnheiten eine große Auswahl an Gerichten probieren konnten (verschiedene philippinische, chinesische, japanische Gerichte usw.), und dass die Hotelzimmer über eine Mikrowelle, ein einfaches Waschbecken und einen großen Samsung-Fernseher verfügten Wenn Sie ein Netflix-Konto haben, können Sie es in Korea ansehen. Sie können auch Dramen und Filme ansehen, indem Sie diese verbinden. Inländische Dramen und Filme statt ausländischer Sendungen lindern die Müdigkeit. In der Gasse rechts vom Hotel gibt es auch einen kleinen Markt, auf dem Sie lokale Speisen und die Landschaft genießen können. Ich werde das nächste Mal wieder das „HOTEL 101 FORT“ nutzen.

Staff is most friendly and too eager to serve but the level of competence is undersized to put it modestly.
Breakfast is in my opinion not at the level of a 5 star hotel.
The return trip to the airport appeared to be a different car then the one which was actually ordered.
The hotel itself is beautifull with excellent facilities.

The unit was good overall, but there were a few issues. There was a delay in check-in due to a leaking air conditioner, though they did adjust the checkout time to accommodate us. Additionally, one of the rooms had another problem with the air conditioner, and there was an unexplained sound that we couldn't identify. However, the unit was clean.

This is an affordable, no frills, reliable hotel. It’s clean, the check in/out process was easy, and the room was pretty peaceful at a great location. The only thing that I think they can improve is the communication from one staff person/team to another. I had requested for a late checkout at 6pm (with a fee) because I work late/odd hours. By 3 or 4pm, housekeeping staff were already banging on my door to clean the room so I had to tell them that I’d arranged for a late checkout. It happened twice and I didn’t appreciate the disruption. They should setup a system to ensure their staff know which guests have a pre-arranged late checkout and who is simply late.

The only aspect I appreciate about this hotel is its location; otherwise, I'm not a fan. The staff do not seem particularly friendly, and I was initially checked into a room type that I did not book. I’m unsure if this was intentional or not. When I inquired with the staff, they provided me with unreasonable explanations that I found unacceptable. The building is often very crowded, and the breakfast area is consistently filled with people, yet there aren't enough staff members to clean the tables or manage food preparation. Additionally, I noticed some staff members were simply chatting instead of attending to their duties.

Der allgemeine Gesundheitszustand und die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind sehr zufriedenstellend. In der Nähe gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum, in dem Touristen bequem einkaufen können.
Das Frühstück im Hotel ist akzeptabel, aber nicht zu abwechslungsreich. Zwei Dosen Cola und zwei Flaschen Wasser werden im Zimmer bereitgestellt, auch das Warmwasser zum Duschen ist ausreichend. Es gibt jedoch zwei Türen im Raum, die möglicherweise ursprünglich die beiden Räume miteinander verbunden haben. Außerdem zieht er ihn beim Öffnen des Raums automatisch zurück, was ihm beim ersten Mal Angst macht. Beim Schließen der Tür muss er ihn dann kräftig zurückziehen, was schwierig zu bedienen ist.

The room smells old. The dryer/washer is tricky in order for it to run.The house keeping doesn’t check the body wash. We can’t use the tv because the Netflix needs update,we tried everything and it doesn’t work. Even the housekeeping clean the room, it doesn’t smells clean. We enjoyed the bar in the rooftop.The location is really good.There’s no warning that the water boiler gets really hot even the handle.

Best hotel experience ever. One night stay is not enough, we may have to book longer stay next time. Superb service!
One thing though, for breakfast you may need to add more options. Probably, add other Filipino dishes like tocino, longganisa and Champorado so other foreign visitors may experience Filipino breakfast cuisine.

FFrancis C.Es gibt viele Restaurants und Malls, um das Gebiet zu besuchen, so dass es kein Problem gab, ein paar Snacks für Mittagessen und Abendessen zu nehmen. Auch die Mitarbeiter haben uns bei der Eincheckung unterstützt, so dass es überall reibungslos war. Auch die Zimmer, die wir reserviert haben, sind bei unserer Ankunft ordnungsgemäß gereinigt. Die Betten und Sofas sind gemütlich zu entspannen. Minderjährige Bedenken, die wir während unseres Aufenthalts hatten, sind das Fehlen von Badezimmern in den Zimmern, vor allem wenn Sie 5 Personen in jedem Zimmer haben. Auch gibt es keine Bidet oder Duschegarten installiert. Auch keine Badesahne wurde bereitgestellt, aber es gibt zumindest einen Shampoo. Obwohl es nur um die Ecke der Lander ist, so können Sie immer noch alle grundlegenden Bedürfnisse kaufen, die Sie brauchen. Schließlich wurden nur zwei Handtücher in jedem Zimmer vorbereitet, aber wir konnten Extras über ihre Hotline beantragen, so dass alles leicht sortiert wurde.
Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt noch genossen und die warme Unterkunft des Gastgebers geschätzt. Meine Freunde und ich konnten ohne Mühe in BGC aushängen.

1. Check-In and Reception: The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and attentive to detail. They kindly requested our valid IDs for booking validation and provided a brief overview of the hotel’s policies.
2. Room Quality: I booked a twin-bedroom room located on the Lower Ground floor (L3). The room was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, although it lacked a window. The bed was comfortable—neither too hard nor too soft—with two pillows per bed. The room also featured a flat-screen television.
3. Amenities: While the hotel offers good facilities, there are a few areas for improvement:
- Parking: The parking lot is limited, with space for only about 10 cars, depending on their size.
- Breakfast and Dining: There is no free breakfast or hotel cafe, which would have been a convenient addition for guests.
- Complimentary Bottled Water: It would be great if bottled water were provided for guests without additional charges.
4. Location: The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the city. It’s just meters away from Bonifacio Global City, within walking distance to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. GGastnutzerVierte oder fünfte Reise nach BGC. Bleib immer in diesen Kondos. Nur geringfügige Fragen mit dem Zimmer, wie z. B. keine Handtücher. Liebe die Gegend und diese Lage ist nahe zu allem. Die größte Frage war die checkout-Zeit. Ich erhielt eine Nachricht weniger als 24 Stunden vor dem checkout, die 11am checkout Zeit sagte. (Ich habe die Nachricht nicht gesehen, aber ich finde es früh) Sie klopften an der Tür um 11:01 und hatten offenbar für 11:00 Pest-Kontrolle gebucht. Es ist ziemlich irritiert, dass sie für diese Zeit etwas reservieren würden. Sonst ein großer Besuch.

However its too dusty on the floor there is no slippers to wear on, when u check the bathroom u’ll see the bathtub and check there is something dirty and greasy running down on one of its pump something. Then the edges of the tiles around the shower area u’ll see its not well maintained and the tissue was used. The overall appearance or the room is perfect the couches and even the air condition really makes the room feel cold. One of may favorite part is the Make up side where there is a vanity mirror, tv has good reception. Staffs are friendly and they do allow visitors but of course limits when they can only stay. Its an overall good experience but due to the poor cleanliness at the area I have to give an honest review. Also price is too cheap for 1 night stay for two which is really affordable and of course worth it.

AAnonymer BenutzerDer Empfangsservice ist sehr schlecht, das Reservieren von Telefonen hat mehr als eine halbe Stunde ohne Anruf, ohne klare Zimmeradresse, und die Rezeption weiß nicht, wie man Kontakte empfangen kann, vergeuden die Kundenzeit und beeinflussen die Stimmung. So schlechte Wohnungen werden die Glaubwürdigkeit von Trip.com beeinträchtigen!
