Very satisfied with the stay! I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a great experience! First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shopping places around, and it is also convenient to travel. The room was very clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bed was very comfortable, which made me fully rested. Self check-in with the code was very convenient, and the hotel's gym and swimming pool were also well maintained, which was a good place for me to relax. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. Gem of a place to stay

호텔인줄 알고 예약을 햇습니다 프론트 직원분께 예약한 내역을 보여주니 방번호를 적어주더라구요 호스텔에게서 온 메일을 열어보고 입실하라고 하여 메일을 보고 안내해준 35i 호실로가서 비밀번호를 입력후 입실하려 햇지만 문이안열리버라구요 pin 넘버가 도어락 비밀번호가 아닌가요? 그래서 다시 프론트가서 집주인에게 연결좀 해달라고 햇더니 집주인이 중국인이고 원래 연락이 매우 느리게 된다고만 말을 해주더군요 그래서 3시간동안 기다리다 트립 홈페이지에서 고객센터 번호 확인후 전화도 해봤는데 트립이 아니라고 하더라구요 포기하고 다른곳 잡아서 손님 맞이 햇어요 입실도 못하고 환불도 안되는 상품이여서 굉장히 난처 했습니다 제가 잘몰라서 그런걸수도 있는데 집주인과 연락만 되었어도 참 좋앗을거라 생각되는데 돈도 돈이지만 시간 허비하고 굉장히 불편했습니다 업타운레지던스 35i ......결제만 하고 이용도 못하고 시간만 뺏긴 곳입니다...
