Just some fixing and regular cleaning to do hopefully. All is good nonetheless. WiFi isnt working by the way.

I hope they fix their frequent issues about the lack of bed sheets, blankets, pillow case. It is a basic problem but their management just can't seem to figure out how to provide enough for all of the rooms. They always have a problem with it.

No heater for shower but all good. I was able to stay for 1 night only because some guests aren’t that manageable.

Worse stay I have ever been to. The attendant assigned us to a room where there is no lock on the door which was not acceptable since all four (4) of us were girls. He escalated it to the manager and the manager said "it's fine to have no lock on the door because the guests on the 2nd floor were all women" when in fact there was a guy who just checked in the next door. Found out that there was a city jail at the back of the location, so there were a lot of guys visiting and staying there. The room smelled cigarettes and the aircon was dirty. The attendant said it was really like that as if we should just accept it without qualms. I asked to be moved to a different room, they did assign us to the 5th floor. It smelled better but there were no towels, no tissue, no basin, no bidet. The attendant said we have to use the shower head if we need to poop or tissue paper but the trash can was outside the room. Seriously? The faucet at the sink in the bathroom was not working. Terrible service, terrible location (a lot of dog poop outside the building), and the smell so bad. I hope atleast they can improve their customer service . The manager did not apologize or did not have the decency to explain to us in person but was communicating behind her bedroom door. Just because the hotel has lesser price than others, the customers no longer deserve good customer service.

Great value for money! Keep in mind that it is a Dormitory setup, so you may share a room with different kinds of people each day. Clean room with toilet and shower (no heater). Can't complain much due to its price.

Aircon is super dirty but overall its affordable

Worst hostel everrrr!!!! Dirty as its finest!!!!

Pretty clean, but no working room wifi or decent sitting area for those who work while traveling.

I feel good here for a few days, and I have traveled to other places. Bye.

Good place to stay with friendly staff if you are around Taguig and the price is cheaper than other hotels.

The facility is Infested with mosquitoes. Toilet door is broken. AC unit is too dirty. Nobody is cleaning the room daily even if charge to the bill.
