Staff is most friendly and too eager to serve but the level of competence is undersized to put it modestly. Breakfast is in my opinion not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The return trip to the airport appeared to be a different car then the one which was actually ordered. The hotel itself is beautifull with excellent facilities.

We had a wonderful experienced in this unit. A posh place to stay with family. Everything is provided like a hotel. Clean and nice city view unit. Location is accessible to shops and restaurants.Host is very responsive and nice. I would definitely recommend it and will book again in the future.

The hotel is in a very good location in BGC. Super convenient to explore BGC. During my 6 night stay, besides the business activities, I manged to visit the Mind museum, Thai massage (twice!), pedicure, hair styling, and the massive Market! Market! twice. There are numerous restaurants of all sorts of cuisine within short walking distances. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is massive as well. The bed is very very BIG and comfy. It provides filtered water every day. The breakfast is fantastic with so many choices, especially for someone coming from the Europe. I particularly like the noodle soup cooked on demand. I had that every morning, with different types of noodle. They also make fresh omelettes on demand. The hotel has an outdoor swimming, which I used it several times in the early morning. Pool was never busy at all, maybe I was quite early at 7am. There is also a mini gym, which I used one to run on the treadmill. I like both facilities. The staff members are all very nice, and ready to help. If I have to point out one reason the hotel can improve my experience, it is the lack of floor/table lamp near the desk in the room. I was able to work on my laptop, but a lamp providing extra light will help. Also one must notice BGC is not an average place in metro Manila. This is the posh part of Manila. If one wants to truly experience Manila, then maybe should consider alternative places.

The host is very responsive and took care of all our request prior to arrival specifically the parking. They made sure that we checked in comfortably.  It is a home but with a hotel type of service. The condo staff are also very polit and would open the doors for you. Their cleaners also made sure to provide us the requested supplies we needed during the stay. The toilteries are complete! from shampoo, soaps, shower caps, slippers and comb! - these stuff usually is only available in hotels. We also used the washing machine which helped us get clean clothes before we left.  Is it worth our money? Yes, and I will surely book in this place or with the same host again. They view is also very stunning! By the way, if booking 7 days they have free airport shuttle service!

Ich war zum ersten Mal im F1 Manila Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, viele Einkaufszentren und Restaurants sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das einzige Problem ist, dass das Hotel etwas alt ist, die Handtücher sind auch alt, aber sauber. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und der Service ist recht gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine begrenzte Auswahl, aber das Adobo-Rindfleisch und Hühnchen ist sehr lecker. Ich glaube, Filipinos neigen dazu, ziemlich salzig zu essen. Ach ja, Anmerkung an die Hotelleitung: Bitte besorgen Sie sich einen Toaster und vielleicht eine Kaffeemaschine. Ich werde aufgrund der Lage des Hotels, das ganz in der Nähe unseres Büros in Manila liegt, und der guten Essensversorgung wieder hier übernachten. Der Preis ist für die zentrale Lage nicht zu hoch.

Die Lage ist bequem, es gibt einen Starbucks, McDonald’s und 7 11 Stores über die Straße. 2 Minuten von der Innenstadt-Station entfernt. Das Zimmer ist für mich mit 2 Gepäck genug. Das Personal ist alle freundlich und freundlich. Vergessen Sie nicht, Ihre eigenen Toiletten zu kaufen und eine Flasche Wasser zu kaufen.

I recently stayed at iHotel Uptown BGC for 2 days and 1 night during a business trip, and it was a pleasant experience. Below are some highlights from my stay: 1. Check-In and Reception: The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and attentive to detail. They kindly requested our valid IDs for booking validation and provided a brief overview of the hotel’s policies. 2. Room Quality: I booked a twin-bedroom room located on the Lower Ground floor (L3). The room was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, although it lacked a window. The bed was comfortable—neither too hard nor too soft—with two pillows per bed. The room also featured a flat-screen television. 3. Amenities: While the hotel offers good facilities, there are a few areas for improvement: - Parking: The parking lot is limited, with space for only about 10 cars, depending on their size. - Breakfast and Dining: There is no free breakfast or hotel cafe, which would have been a convenient addition for guests. - Complimentary Bottled Water: It would be great if bottled water were provided for guests without additional charges. 4. Location: The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the city. It’s just meters away from Bonifacio Global City, within walking distance to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 5. Service: Every staff member I encountered was professional and helpful, providing a positive experience throughout my stay. Conclusion: Overall, my stay at iHotel Uptown BGC was enjoyable. The hotel offers great service, a comfortable room, and a convenient location. While some amenities could be improved, I would still recommend it for business travelers.

Es handelte sich um ein neu erbautes Gebäude (Fertigstellung im Jahr 2023), daher war es sauber, die Einrichtungen waren gut und SM AURA lag direkt gegenüber, was großartig war. Ich kam früh am Morgen an und hatte Hunger, daher war das 7-Eleven im ersten Stock des Hotelgebäudes wie ein willkommener Regen (?) in einer Dürre, also war es großartig. Es war schön, dass SM AURA ein Restaurant hatte, in dem Leute mit wählerischen Essgewohnheiten eine große Auswahl an Gerichten probieren konnten (verschiedene philippinische, chinesische, japanische Gerichte usw.), und dass die Hotelzimmer über eine Mikrowelle, ein einfaches Waschbecken und einen großen Samsung-Fernseher verfügten Wenn Sie ein Netflix-Konto haben, können Sie es in Korea ansehen. Sie können auch Dramen und Filme ansehen, indem Sie diese verbinden. Inländische Dramen und Filme statt ausländischer Sendungen lindern die Müdigkeit. In der Gasse rechts vom Hotel gibt es auch einen kleinen Markt, auf dem Sie lokale Speisen und die Landschaft genießen können. Ich werde das nächste Mal wieder das „HOTEL 101 FORT“ nutzen.

Ein Hostel Nähe des BGC also sehr zentral. Das Hostel selbst ist in einer Nebenstraße. Die Preis sind sehr günstig. Die Zimmer Modern und sauber

Weak internet connection. Good staffs but the room i stayed with not that good since the cr room is difficult to move and the AC is leaking.
