Extremely small room but expensive, when I said small I meant, you would even struggle opening your luggage, staffs are kind and accomodating though.

I was really disappointed in this accommodation. They told me that my room was not yet ready so the room that I have booked will be ready by 2pm. I asked if there was any available room that I could stay since it was already 11am and I was very tired from travel, so the receptionist told me a single bedroom is available for use so technically it's a downgrade from what I paid. So, I was thinking maybe they could offer free breakfast or something to maybe compensate for the amount that I overpaid but none was offered. When I entered the room, there was no basic hygiene kit like toothbrush and toothpaste or just maybe a tissue. Also the security was not very attentive to the guests, I had to ask him to maybe carry my luggage on the second floor because they have no elevator. More training I guess on the staff for better customer service.

The room was so small for 3-4 person. We could not even lay down our luggages. The aircon was very dusty. There were ants, a spider and a centipede. No elevator, so you have to take the stairs up to the 4th floor where you get your free breakfast. That was the only good thing. Water in the shower was ok. But for 4 nights we stayed, i constantly asked for an extra pillow and i was not given one! The service was slow. Worst of all you were only given one key card, so every time you enter the room it is hot and humid you have to wait for a while for the dusty aircon to cool the room.

Best choice for this price. Room was small but cozy, the best budget hotel we had during this trip in Phillipines (we had three ones before). Rooftop terrace is perfect, we take once our meal to eat it in the evening and we enjoy it. The location was comfortable for our needs as well.
