Hygiene: Das Zimmer riecht sehr unangenehm. Service: Da es im Zimmer unangenehm riecht, sagte ich der Rezeption, dass es noch früh sei. Die junge Dame an der Rezeption sagte, jemand würde kommen, um uns zu helfen. Es kam jedoch niemand. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch sehr freundlich. Ich war abends von den Universal Studios nach Hause gefahren, und an der Rezeption saß eine Frau mittleren Alters. Nachdem ich ihr gesagt hatte, dass sich am Morgen niemand um uns gekümmert hatte, gab sie mir sofort die Zimmerkarte für ein anderes Zimmer und wechselte das Zimmer. Es ist sehr gut, die Fehler zu korrigieren. Umgebung: Der Pool ist sehr, sehr, sehr ruhig. Obwohl er nicht groß ist, ist er sehr sauber und der Übergang vom tiefen zum flachen Wasser ist gut gestaltet. Ausstattung: Aus Sicherheitsgründen dürfen die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden. Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nicht schlimm.

I booked this hotel from 4-7 July to have a resting place after a long day in universal studio. We took a LYNX bus 42 from MCO airport, 45mins to 1hour and walk around 15 minutes to hotel. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus(20 seater bus) to go to universal studio Orlando at 8.25am(only one timing and will go to other nearby hotels to pick up passengers) and pick up at 6pm(only one timing) from universal studio. I highly suggest to wait at the hotel entrance 10-15 mins before the pick up timing to get seats. No advance reservation needed. Uber less than 10USD back to hotel. We got room 313. Two queen beds, bed is comfy and enough pillows. Enough clothing racks/hanger. Only mini fridge is available in the room. No water kettle. Microwave only available at the front desk Cleanliness was good, from the bedroom to the bathroom. Bathroom amenities are only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Housekeeping is done daily. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am, only hard boiled egg, cereals, milk, yoghurt, apple juice, orange juice, bagels, jams, cream cheese, and oatmeal. Free coffee, tea, and hot water 24 hours. Hotel location is pretty far from all attractions. Need to drive or take uber to go to malls and attractions Universal studio 45mins walk from hotel

Told me 11 am check in time and it was 3 pm but hotel accommodated; Shower needs major update to tubs; No drawers to store clothes; Not enough ample parking at times; Was told hot bar to find out it was bagel bar

Hotel is on good location and very clean. Breakfast could be better. They should serve a full breakfast.

The service was okay but I've definitely had better. I didn't really get a warm and welcoming feeling when I was checking in or anything like that. Well at least not from the young lady that checked me in anyway. But the lady on the Morning shift had a great personality! The facility was fair but definitely nothing to brag about at all! This Hotel definitely needs some major upgrades. Specifically the beds, toliets, shower heads, tub, sink, let's just say the entire bathroom period! I really can't comment on the food because I didn't get an opportunity to even try it. I got there right at 9:30 and they had already put everything up. The room served its purpose for one night but I wouldn't be in any rush to go back there any time soon that's for sure!

overall fine but it was rather annoying that many channels i wanted to watch were only in Spanish inlcuding all hbo s etc. breakfst was subpar . banana or apple at breakfaast would have been a nice and affordable addition and since i dont consume milk products i had no aalternatives of any kind for my coffee and that was disappointing .
