"First of all the the Address provided was wrong and the phone number provided cannot be reachable by call and message. Maybe can try WhatsApp message. The Agency of the property and the PIC of the property are not in same line of communications.Due to that, my booking was informed to PIC and I was not able to check in on time and had to wait for the PIC to respond me after multiple attempt to contact them for few hours. The facility Airconds are bad in condition and cannot be operated at night. My Family members had sleepless night for the stay."
