Czarny Kamień Resort & Spa

Everything is great. Rooms, restaurant, SPA, saunas, animations and games for children, excellent service and the location itself, a bit off the beaten track, so peace and quiet, but a few minutes walk to the center. I was 3 times and I will come back :)

It was our very first time at Czarny Kamień , but for sure not list. Receptionists was very helpful. Breakfast delicious. Room clean. Only stuff at the restaurant was bit slow and not so open to help. The view from room was also pretty. Pool and sauna area clean.

We stayed for 1 week with our 8 yrs son. We really enjoyed the staying and would choose that hotel for the next visit in Szklarska. The hotel is cozy, not crowded as other big hotels in the area. Rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. Hotel and common areas are nice and food is very good. The outside pool area is small, but comfortable and there was always a free space. The spa is good and the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean - pools, common areas are very well maintained. Hotel is very kids- friendly - for us it was perfect. If you look for cosy and friendly atmosphere this is the place to book. What I would improve- small things, but as it is 5* it could be modified: - water and coffee/tea in the room is not refilled during your staying (you get 2 small bottles of water and set of tea/coffee). It is standard that those are refilled daily - hotel is organizing evening with fireplace etc twice a week, but you need to get the voacher or pay for the meal set (sausage, bread, pickles). There is limit how much you can take and for 1 week staying you can enjoy it without payment only once. It should be changed as in all other hotels we visited it was included in the price.

Best service in the wolrd, excellent food, good rooms and good spa. The view from the window is amazing. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Restaurant is very good and breakfast is very special. Wonderful time in the hotel. I want to back there in next time.

I knew from the reviews that your Resort & SPA Czarny Kamień was of a good standard, but my own stay confirmed that Czarny Kamień is excellent. From the arrival at the reception, through the accommodation, restaurant, pools, sauna, jacuzzis, cleanliness and everything else is of a very high standard. I won't name anyone here as all the staff made sure we had the best stay possible.

Śliczny hotel, bardzo ładnie położony, widok na góry i las z pokoi na wyższym piętrze. Piękna restauracja z dobrą kolacją i pysznym śniadaniem. 3 małe sauny, 2 jacuzzi, basenik ozonowany. Dla mnie jedyny minus za zewnętrzny "podgrzewany" basen, woda w nim była okropnie zimna. Mam nadzieję, że to się poprawi, będę polecać hotel dalej.:-)

Wspaniały hotel, pięknie urządzony, apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Choć hotel miał pełne obłożenie, to nie czuło się tłoku i spokojnie można było odpocząć. Fantastyczny basen na zewnątrz, jacuzzi oraz sauna - w otoczeniu lasów cos pięknego. Fantastyczna kuchnia w restauracji - zamawialiśmy z karty kolację i była wyśmienita. Polecam serdecznie! Jeden minus to niestety podczas naszego pobytu woda w basenie zewnętrznym, jacuzzi zewnętrznym jak i wewnętrznym była zielona - glony. Skorzystaliśmy z jacuzzi jednak nie można było długo posiedzieć, bo wyczuwalna była stęchlizna. Może warto było zamknąć - dodać chemii, lub zmienić wodę chociażby w jacuzzi. Jednak nie wpływa to na naszą ogólną ocenę - polecamy serdecznie hotel i na pewno wrócimy z dzieciakami!

W Czarnym Kamieniu spędziliśmy kilkudniowy urlop z mężem i 12 letnim synem. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, a nasz syn skonstatował, że to najlepszy hotel na świecie, w którym przyszło mu spędzić wakacje. My się dołączamy do jego wizji: bardzo odpoczęliśmy i się zregenerowaliśmy dzięki wachlarzowi ofert dostępnych w hotelu od wspaniałej restauracji poprzez strefę SPA (nawet na mniej słoneczne dni) po masaże i zabiegi, a także i mnóstwo aktrakcji dla najmniejszych, a także dla naszego nastolatka, np. sala gier czy możliwość pogrania w badmingtona. Warto dodać, że pracownicy z wyraźnym entuzjazmem, a także dużą dyskretnością dokładają starań, by pobyt stał się czystą przyjemnością, gratulujemy. Z otwartym sercem polecamy, my chętnie tu wrócimy!

Polecam z czystym sumieniem. Przemiła obsługa, porządek, pyszne dania w restauracji, śniadania urozmaicone (każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie do jedzenia). Profesjonalizm pod każdym względem. Byliśmy tam po raz drugi i zapewne nie po raz ostatni.
