The hotel was really clean, the breakfast and restaurant were convenient as well as the pool and gym. The rooms were comfortable and accommodated with the weather, with great heating. The people were so sweet and helpful and it was an overall great experience. Especially Cam and Rayelle who were beyond helpful and altruistic.Jonathan (manger of the hotel) made our vacation a memorable one with his great care and hospitality.

Tired and worn decor/carpets, uncomfortable and small double beds, terrible pillows, bad housekeeping. Every time I walked to my room I noticed dirty trays and plates and cups. It also looks like they do not vacuum very often. The location to campus is the best and it was super convenient to walk across the street to the student center. Though I’m not sure I would stay here again.

Dieses Hotel genossen wir während eines Aufenthalts in Syracuse en route nach Niagara Falls. Wir hatten das einzelne Schlafzimmer, mit einer Küchenzeile. Es war riesig, mit einem vollen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Das Schlafzimmer war geräumig, mit einem separaten Wohnzimmer mit einem Auszugs Sofa und Tisch. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war angemessen, wenn Sie in einer Drohung sind, aber es gibt viele leckere Frühstücksstellen in der Nähe. Die Lage war in der Mitte von Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Museen. Wir werden sicherlich hier bleiben, wenn wir zurück nach Syracuse!

Besuchte das Hotel für ein Trivia-Turnier auf 7/27/22. Bestellte einen Drink aus der Bar. Es war eine Margarita in dem, was nur etwas größer war als ein Schießglas. Als ich es mit meinen anderen Freunden an den Tisch ließ, die weiß waren, schwingen sie über die Art und Weise, wie sie ein Doppel anstelle eines einzigen gegossen wurden. Wir zahlen den gleichen Preis. Der andere POC am Tisch zeigte mir ihr Glas und es war auch ein einziger. Später schickten wir einen weißen Mann, um unsere Füllmengen zu bekommen, und er kam mit großen Tassen zurück. Der gleiche Preis, der gleiche Trink. Es sind Dinge wie diese, die POC paranoid halten.

Die Zimmer hatten nicht einmal USB-Porten auf irgendein Gerät, das zu schließen, die seit mindestens 5 Jahren ausgelaufen sind. Whirlpool ist datiert und Pool war schmutzig. Zimmer sind auch datiert, aber zumindest waren sie sauber. Enttäuscht über eine Hilton-Eigenschaft. Dieses Hotel ist ein solides 3-Sterne-Hotel, wohin nicht nahezu 4-Sterne-Hotel ist, wie einige Websites angeben.

Hier übernachten während der Reise nach Nordosten am Dienstag Nacht. Wir sind Diamantenmitglieder und verwenden die Online-Check-in bei Dienstleistungen, wenn verfügbar. Es ermöglicht Ihnen, Ihr Zimmer zu wählen und einen digitalen Schlüssel (in einigen Fällen). Wir hatten das getan, aber der digitale Schlüssel funktionierte nicht, so dass wir zum Büro gingen, um eine Schlüsselkarte zu bekommen. Der Herr, der uns ankam, hatte uns nicht erkannt (normalerweise wenigstens ein Grüße gegeben) und war eigentlich außerhalb rauchen, mit jemandem, der draußen und auf seinem Telefon sitzt, als wir zurückgekommen für eine Schlüsselkarte. Keine Erwähnung, dass wir Diamantenmitglieder sind (wir haben das genug getan, um zu wissen, dass sie eine Praxis haben, zu sagen: „Danke für den Aufenthalt bei uns und für die Mitgliedschaft in Diamanten“ und dann Wasser oder etwas anderes zu bieten. Keiner davon.... Er schien kein Interesse an uns als Kunden zu haben. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles andere über den Ort war schön. Sie schätzen immer die Lotion, Seife und Shampoo-Dispenser im Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind einfach und modern, die einen angemessenen Aufenthalt ermöglicht, besonders wenn nur eine schnelle Übernachtungsstunde. Es liegt neben einem Costco und kleinen Einkaufsbereich so war es einfach zu finden Gas und ein Ort zu essen - sehr bequem. Die Wasserfüllungsstationen in Tru sind geschätzt und wir haben immer unsere wieder füllbaren Flaschen. zusammen mit dem Reisen. Frühstück verfügbar - Omelette, Sauce, Pancakes, Yoghurt, Getreide, Saft und Kaffee. Am Frühstück war der Kaffee aus, aber als wir es erwähnten, brachte der Morgengebetsmann glücklich einen neuen Kelch.

In May '22 we spent two nights at the Quality Inn and Suites in downtown Syracuse. Our experience there was mixed but it exceeded our expectations, which were fairly low, going in. We chose it because it was modestly priced and within walking distance of St. Joseph’s hospital and Armory Square (the city’s main restaurant district). We had read the negative reviews and we knew that area of the city was a kind of rough so we had no illusions that this was a five star hotel or that it would even be up to the standards of Quality Inns in the suburbs. This “inn” is a motel, not a hotel, and guests can get to their rooms from the parking lot or from the lobby, through partially enclosed and secured walkways along the exterior of the building. This was a plus for us as we were still COVID-careful and trying to minimize time spent in enclosed public spaces. It helped that we had mild spring weather during our stay. Getting to and from these rooms would probably feel very different in the cold of winter or during a summer heat wave. The three-story building is old and clunky with an exterior that is utterly devoid of charm but is being reasonably well maintained. Our room was clean, spacious and seemed as if it had been remodeled not too long ago. It had a microwave, a medium-sized refrigerator and a coffee-maker but, surprisingly for a so-called “suite”, no table on which to eat. It was darker than we would have liked, as the décor was heavy on deep blues and browns, but it wasn’t so dark as to feel uncomfortable. Our one window was on the back of the building and afforded an uninspiring view of the highway and an abandoned warehouse, but it did provide natural light and was partially screened and could have been opened, had we wanted to do so. Most of the other rooms have windows on the front, facing the walkways, and probably let in less light. The parking lot is unsecured but it is monitored by video cameras, which are watchable by the desk attendants. There was safe in our room that was big enough to store our laptops and other valuables. The area in which the motel is situated has seen better days and is a hodge-podge of industrial and commercial buildings, once-stately structures that have fallen into decay and a few small businesses, including a 7-11 and pizza shop. We felt totally comfortable walking around during daylight hours and the few other pedestrians we encountered were in no way threatening. The folk staffing the reception desk seemed to members of one family and could not have been nicer or more helpful. We would happily stay there again.

We had asked for a room not facing the highway and we ended up getting a room on the highway. Way too noisy and kept us up quite a bit, also woke up the kids. Pool area was quite dirty, same Band-Aid and tuff of hair in the same spot for two days. The pool itself also had quite a bit of hair. Bar hour was good, general cleanliness of the rest of the hotel was also good. We had issues with hot water, it seemed to run out then come back randomly. Passed on these same comments at checkout. If it wasn't for the proximity to the mall, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Neu aktualisiertes Innenraum des Zimmers, frisches Gemälde, neues Boden, aktualisierte Bad-Einrichtungen. Sehr komfortabeles Bett und frisches Bettwäsche. Frühstück inbegriffen war gut mit vielen Optionen gespeichert. Würde 10/10 empfehlen.
