The staff of this hotel was phenomenal and so welcoming. The rooms were clean and very comfy. The hotel had recently been renovated and it showed. Great breakfast! We got stopped by a blizzard and they went out of their way to help us out, along with several others who got stranded. Best part was that they accept dogs!

Modern, clean, chic, and very comfy room! I loved it! I love the pics of Syracuse in the lobby too! I grew up there. It’s the best thing to hit Syracuse since the theatre was remodeled. Everyone was very nice and the gal at the desk was very accommodating and sweet. It was just delightful! Thank you! Oh!!! There were great toiletries in the bathroom and I confess to taking them all with me! 😬

Surprisingly nice place for a small town, very clean, comfortable and affordable. I will stay again for sure. It’s super close to the Syracuse Sand Dunes park which makes it perfect for me, literally 5 minutes from the park.

Vey nice, clean, and accommodating. Loved the air conditioning. Had every thing we needed. They even found the blouse I left behind so I could pick it up when I drove back through town. I would stay there again.

The pillows, mattress, and complete room setup was great. Plenty of towels, toiletries, microwave, fridge and coffee with coffee and various teas. I had a flat tire and one was ordered. It didn't arrive on time and I stayed past checkout time and they were so nice to me. I highly recommend them

This was an amazingly tiny room - as in move to the side of the bed when entering the room to be able to get the door closed because the end of the bed was right there - no space to enter the room and shut the door. The bathroom was about the size, or smaller, of a walk-in closet so again had to move alongside the toilet to be able to even shut the door. There was hardly anybody at the motel so it's not as if there were no other rooms. On the other hand, everything was clean, comfortable, the whites were really white, the staff was friendly, breakfast was super, and I appreciated the in-room amenities. I would have given another star except the size of the room didn't warrant the price.

Room was great. We arrived about 3 am and the staff were so amazing. Their breakfast is so much better than other places. So many options I thought we needed to pay for it! Will definitely stay again.

This is a very clean hotel with amenities. I believe it to be overpriced but I noticed what you may be paying "extra" for: First, the window blinds are modern Hunter Douglas blinds. The shower is Moen fixtures with glass sliding door and the walk in shower is of some composite but NOT a plastic shower. All is much more refined. (I notice those things). Breakfast is all pre packaged but for the health conscious there are 2 hard boiled eggs in a pack, bowl of fresh fruit, cereal and packaged avocado spread with whole grain crackers. The rooms are small but who cares? It is comfortable and clean. The reason I took off one star is because of the beds: the beds are boxed in to make a solid foundation. I banged up my leg at least 3 times on the corner. Be careful!

Our stay was a single overnight after a long drive. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. They had a nice choice of breakfast items. The only issue we had was that the deadbolt did not work on the first two rooms they gave us. The third upstairs room was fine
