Hotel Grand View

When I entered the hotel first, I was amazed by the humble and friendly behavior of the staff. They guided us regarding the places we could visit. The room was clean. Within the budget, we got an air-conditioned room with a TV. The breakfast was lovely. However, the phone didn't work, so had to call reception from my personal cell every time. Apparently they don't have a cup of tea, or coffee that we can drink in the room. I would have given it a five star, but at the end, they told us to leave earlier, although we told them the exact time we'd be staying. We had to leave 3 hours early and roam around because they had another reservation. What I was disappointed with, is that we confirmed the exact time till which we'd be staying. Other than the mismanagement, lack of additional services and functional disturbances, it wasn't a bad stay.
