I had previously read the comments before booking at the capsule hotel as I usually do to avoid disappointment of available amenities, staff etc… when checking in I found the location in the heart of the CBD perfect with food vendors straight across from the hotel and a 2 minute walk from the light rail that takes you straight to the main shopping district and the rocks for all your art and entertainment. Staff were very kind and approachable even the guard at the bottom floor bar exit door was friendly to me when exiting at night. I found noise never to be an issue in the pods, although I did wear headphones at night time to listen to music but the room is practically always quiet. I was worried about how the air flow would be in the pods and about the mattress comfort from previous reviews thinking I may have got a one way ticket to a hot box scenario but I found it to be very comfortable with great airflow, I had the air flow on 1-2 levels at different times of the day and they still had an option for a third stronger airflow that I found unnecessary. I loved coming back to the pod for some RNR between my busy schedule over the three days I stayed here, the mattress for me was so comfortable and reminded me of the tatami mats in Japanese culture that they sleep on so as a westerner it actually opened my perspective to understanding Japanese culture better. I found that the shared bathrooms were always clean and never to crowded at both night and day. The last thing I can comment about is the storage was a great size I like that they had a hanger in your card accessed locker to dry your towel out through the day and still stay seperate from my belongings. Overall as a solo female traveller I would highly recommend the capsule hotel Sydney. I have stayed at hostels in Sydney close by to this hotel but that extra privacy allowed me to not feel like I wanted to stay out all day till bedtime. This was a last minute trip and if I ever had to book another last minute stay in the city I will book here.

Der Service war hervorragend. Das Mädchen am Revier empfahl ein 2-Bettzimmer, als ich für mich und 2 Kinder ein Königsbettzimmer reservierte. Auch empfahl, in ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Opera House zu steigen. Beste Wahl je. Gemütliche Aussicht. Meine Kinder lieben die Erfahrung.

We stayed for two nights at the end of May. Our room was quiet & clean even if in need of a refurbish, which presumably, going by the building works going on, is in progress. The building works didn't impinge on our stay at all. Our breakfast (which was included in our room rate), was surprisingly good. The area it was served in was very clean and bright. We found all the staff to be pleasant. Being able to checkin & checkout on line made things move quicker, especially the checkout. The cost of accommodation in the city is very high so we were pleased that Song Hotel was a bit more affordable to us.

On the ambience side, the decor and modern-ish art was uplifting and fun. The room was very clean. But, we were surprised to find the room so small. In order for 2 people to get into the bed, one had to crawl over the other. The very small window sill became the nightstand. There was no room for luggage, and no luggage racks - we were told they didn’t have enough. That meant one suitcase on the floor and one on the very small plastic table. The retro-refrigerator was cool, but my traveling companion kept threatening to move it out into the hall to create some space in the room the whole time we were there. And then, the very small bathroom, the shower door doubled as the door to the bathroom. Have you ever looked into a microwave? The shower and the bathroom walls had the same dot matrix pattern as a microwave door. My companion was surprised to see while showering she could see me relaxing on the bed, and when she screamed “can you see me?” I replied “yes”. My companion now has bathroom-PTSD. Not only was the shower see through, there was a full-room-view sitting on the throne, trying to do your business. Then the realization somebody may be watching. PTSD! Our solution was to use the downstairs public bathroom for major activities. Did I mention IBS???

Ich blieb im Hotel für 2.5 Wochen während einer der arbeitsstärksten Zeiten in Sydney. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich. Der Manager auf der Pflicht ist unglaublich. Ich hatte ein paar Hiccups, wie jeder Reisende in jedem Hotel würde, aber einmal erwähnt von mir an das Personal, dass sie ohne Zweifel gingen weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt perfekt war. Es ist nicht der glamourösste oder größte Ort oder sogar der sogekommenste Ort, aber es war perfekt für einen Solist wie ich, der nach Australien reist, um Mardi Gras und die Website zu sehen. Andere Freunde von mir liefen in zahlreiche Probleme über meine Herausforderungen in anderen großen Kette-Hotels, aber dieser kleine Ort hielt mich gelaufen und machte mich sehr glücklich. Ich würde jederzeit zurückkehren. It's location is perfect for site seeing and a overnight sleep or daytime nap. Dank all dem Personal dort, das erstaunlich war. Wiedersehen, hoffe ich noch mal!

Hotel Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Hotel room is clean. Great location, not far from Sydney Opera House and shopping mallds. The hotel ammenities are very basic but thats all we need. Good value for money.

Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient having Green Sq station literally 2 mins walking distance, making it an easy commute to the city. The 24 hr coffee bar was a real highlight. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Ich blieb bei der Moxi über Nacht vor einem Flug nach LAX. Ich genossen wirklich die Vibe. Große „Crew“ Mitglieder alle sehr freundlich und schienen ihre Arbeit zu genießen. Ein wenig Snafu auf einem Flieger freien Raum, aber sofort repariert! Genießt die Bar- und Lebensmittel-Wahlmöglichkeiten nicht extensiv, aber wir mögen. Zimmer nicht sehr groß, aber für eine schnelle Nacht perfekt schön. Sie sind nicht wirklich viel näher, aber andere Hotels und den Flughafen. Ich empfehle das Hotelshuttle $10 pp. Wir nahmen eine Kabine mit einem sehr unglücklichen Fahrer und er machte ein paar Kreise um die Gegend, um den Preis zu erhöhen. Das Hotel ist nah, aber nicht wandelbar. Keine Beschwerden- passt die Rechnung für uns.

Erstens ist dieses Hotel perfekt für Geschäftsreisende in die Business Centres von Macquarie Park gelegen. Das Hotel ist 5 Minuten von Büros, Macquarie Centre und Bahnhöfen entfernt. Absolut perfekt für meine Arbeitsreise. Es gab einige positive. Die Zimmer sind gut, komplett, was Sie von einem Geschäftshotel erwarten würden. Bett war komfortabel, es gab ein TV, das ich nie verwendet, Raum für Gepäck und hängen Sie Ihre Kleider, ein Tisch und einen Stuhl etc.. Es geht jedoch von dort hinunter. Ich werde die negativen 1 von 1: 1. Eine Hütte hatte einen sehr starken Geruch, der aus ihr kam. Geruchte wie schlechte Musy BO. Ich musste die Hütte buchstäblich in den Schrank bewegen, da ich den Geruch nicht stand. Das bedeutete jedoch, dass ich diesen gemütlichen Geruch stinken konnte, wenn ich ins Zimmer kam und aus dem Zimmer kam. 2. 1 der gelieferten Badehandtücher hatte ein großes Loch/Tee in ihm. 3. Hausaufbewahrung machte einen Fehler und gab nicht Shampoo, sondern 2 Klimaanlagen. Ganz einfach, ich rief die Rezeption an und sie sagten, ich müsse auf die Rezeption herunterkommen, um es mir selbst zu bekommen. Gut, ging hinunter und gab 1 Flasche Shampoo. Ich ging hoch und ging in die Dusche nur um zu sehen, dass der gegebene Shampoo vorgeöffnet/vorgebraucht war. Schrecklich. Nach meiner Dusche ging ich zurück und sprach mit einem anderen Empfänger, der sich entschuldigt und mir 2 Flaschen Shampoo gegeben hatte. 4. Am zweiten Tag bemerkte ich, dass die Hausaufsicht nicht in die Rezeption gekommen war, so ging ich wieder hinunter und wurde gesagt, dass wegen der COVID, sie nur nach dem dritten Tag Ihres Aufenthalts, die es für mich null und leer machte, Hausaufsicht auf. 5. Das Fitnesszentrum war angemessen, aber sie füllten die Handtücher nicht und ließen die Handtücher nicht regelmäßig rein. Am zweiten Tag hatte ich einen benutzten Handtücher auf der Seite, da der Bin voll war. Am dritten Tag war der Bin noch voll und mein früherer Handtuch noch dort in derselben Position, die ich hinterließ. Am dritten Tag, keine sauberen Handtuchs mehr. 6. Wenn sie sich so besorgt über COVID, würden sie regelmäßiger öffentliche Bereiche wie den Fitnessraum und im Halle, wo ein leeres Glas und eine Tasse für 3 ganze Tage gesetzt werden. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht an jemandem empfehlen, da ich mich vor allem wegen der Unreinigkeit der öffentlichen Räume mit einer Epidemie beschäftige.

This was our second stay at quest woolooware bay. The hotel is new, clean, fully equipped and couldn't be more convenient for a night at the footy. We've stayed in 2 different studio apartments, both with views and spacious. Cannot fault anything except for the air con/extraction vent being a bit on the noisy side and navigating the carpark on game day and up the steep ramps does require care and concentration. Not a deal breaker though! Definitely will stay again.
