Großer Ort zum Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und nur zu glücklich, wenn erforderlich zu helfen für jede Angelegenheit, die sich selbst vorgestellt. Hoch empfehlen Sie dort zu bleiben, gute Lage. Restaurant hat gut gepreiste Mahlzeiten, kann zurück zum Zimmer zahlen. Auch hat Zimmerservice. Unterdeckungspark ist ein bisschen eng, wenn in großen 4wds, gute Höhenclearance.

Das Hotel ist gut. Der Verkehr ist bequem, mit einer Bahnhofs- und Supermarktanlage von etwa 200 m, in dem Zimmer gibt es einen Kleiderschrank. Es kann Gepäck und einen Elektrumfen verladen werden. Die Servicepersonal auf der Rezeption ist besonders gut.

Die Lage von Mercure liegt sehr nahe der Central Station, die für Familien wie uns mit älteren und Kindern sehr geeignet ist. Das Personal am Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Sie schlug vor, uns als Mitglied zu registrieren, damit wir uns mit einem ermäßigten Preis von $45 pro Tag parken können (der ursprüngliche scheint $49 zu sein). Wir wurden $1 gezahlt, was scheint ein Einzahlungsbetrag zu sein, wenn wir dort registriert Check-in. Es gibt einen Pool und Fitnesseinrichtungen im 14. Stock. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir die Rezeption für die Dienstleistungen angerufen. Das Personal kam schnell in unser Zimmer, um Dienstleistungen zu erbringen. Darüber hinaus, vielleicht haben wir im Weihnachtszeitraum geblieben, gab es einen Zug. Das Hotel ist sehr gut, das Hotel ist sehr gut und sehr hilfreich. Das Hotel ist sehr gut und sehr gut. Wenn wir wieder nach Sydney gehen, werden wir wieder Mercure betrachten! 🙂🙂

I stayed at Crown Towers Perth in Sep 2022 and June 2023. I also stayed in Crown Towers Melbourne in Dec 2022. Thus, the next logical move is to stay in Crown Towers Sydney to complete my experience in staying at all 3 Crown Towers Hotel in Australia. I finally did that. Stayed at Crown Towers Sydney from 3 Nov to 8 Nov 2023. Today is 8 Nov 2023 and I will be checking out shortly. I stayed at an opera king room which has views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. The room was very well lit and nice. Just the appropriate size for a sole traveller. I also managed to try most of the restaurants in Crown Towers Sydney except Yoshii Omakase which is so hard to book and Silks. I did not managed to book Yoshii even when it opened for booking. Guess too many people booking. I tried Epicurean for breakfast, dinner at A’Mare, Nobu, Woodcut and Oncore by Clare Smyth. I did not try Silks since being an Asian Chinese, I normally do not eat Chinese food when I go holiday. Got to try other food instead. My favourite restaurant is undoubtedly Oncore where I ordered the 7 course seasonal tasting menu. Superb. Woodcut was also good where I ordered their sirloin steak. Nobu was also nice as it completed my tour of all 3 Nobu in Australia having previously eaten at Nobu Perth and Melbourne when I stayed at Crown Towers there. For Nobu , I ordered the X Haku Omakase which is 5 course. The star of the course was the lobster. Overall I have enjoyed my stay in here. As Sarah Brightman is coming to Sydney in Aug to Oct 2024, I have already booked my tickets to watch her performance at Sydney Opera House in Sep 2024 and also booked a 4 night stay at Crown Towers Sydney again. For the future, I do hope Crown Towers Sydney can have a Crystal Club for breakfast like what Perth and Melbourne has. Also, hope to see more shops/entertainment areas at Crown and also a provision/gift/snack shop here at Crown Towers Sydney.

We loved our stay! we were greeted at reception with bubbles which was also lovely treat. We were also upgraded to a much larger room which was absolutely amazing! We will be back again for sure!! The only downside was that there was a couple of food marks on the kitchen walls and randomly on a light fitting but I’m sure that could have just been a one off.

The size of the room was stated when we booked, so no surprises there. Most importantly the room was clean. All staff were very friendly. The atmosphere is sometimes what 'makes a place' & this was the case for us. I'm sorry I didn't ask your name, but the barista rostered on the morning of Saturday 25th March 2023, you're amazing, not only do you make magnificent hot chocolate & my partner said your coffee was also fantastic, but your 'people skills' are exceptional!! Ibis Barangaroo is lucky to have you :-) We were also surprised to find the 'Archibald' exhibition on the hotel premises, we really enjoyed this & over two mornings saw many customers smile at this experience also. This gallery certainly complimented our stay, well done to all involved.

Absoluut schrecklicher Service. Ich habe diesen Ort vor einem frühen Flug von Sydney am nächsten Morgen reserviert und es war eine letzte Minute Reise wegen der Regenstorme in NSW am Wochenende. Während einer 5-Stunden-Züge vom Albion Park (das sollte eigentlich 1.5hrs dauern) wurde klar, dass wir nicht die Mitternacht-Check in der Zeit machen, da Landslides bedeuteten, dass wir einen Bus-Ersatzdienst nehmen müssen. Ich habe versucht, das Hotel mehrmals zu kontaktieren, aber ohne zu verfüge, und ich habe eine kostenlose Stornierung beantragt. Ich habe nichts anderes bekommen, bis fast Mitternacht am Tag der Buchung, womit ich offensichtlich einen anderen Ort für den Aufenthalt gebucht hatte. Die Antwort sagte, dass ich nicht kostenlos stornieren konnte, da es innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Buchung war. Die Antwort fehlte an der Adresse, die ich innerhalb von 15 Minuten nach der Buchung gefordert hatte, zu stornieren und dass ich nur auf der Grundlage, dass ich nicht in der Lage war, dort für ihre Kontrolle in den Einschränkungen aufgrund des ungünstigen Wetters zu kommen. Schön genug sieht es aus, als hätten wir einen Vertrag mit der Menge der Bewertungen, die über die Betten schlagen, die Hexen erwähnen!! Ich habe schon etwa 10 Mal versucht, diesen Ort zu kontaktieren und habe keine Antwort dazu. Wirklich schrecklicher Service & so eine Schande, dass es unsere Ferienerfahrung gefährdet. Stayed at the Haven Glebe recently to attend a show in Leichhardt and explore Sydney for the weekend. After staying in several inner west locations over the years, Glebe would have to be one of our favourites, and the Haven was in a GREAT position with easy access to the harbour, city, other closeby areas of the inner west (Newtown, Camperdown & Ultimo) and of course Glebe village, which is full of great little cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops (great food at the Toxteth pub, which is less than 100 metres from the hotel). The room itself was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 109. The room had a little balcony over looking the park and Glebe Point Road, which was perfect for people watching. By night the room was lovely and quiet, so a good sleep was had both nights. A big shout out to Eden who works the front desk. This lady was a wonderful help and couldn’t have offered better customer service. We will definitely be back!

Es ist grundlegend, aber hat alles, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich viel Schleifen und Speicherplatz und Mikrowelle. Nicht unspottbar sauber, aber weit von Schmutz. Nichts besonderes oder spannendes, aber perfekt lebensfähig. Die einzige Frage ist die Wartung wie Toilettenleckung und Bettrahmen wobbley und sogar der Seifehalter fiel aus der Wand. Die beiden männlichen Mitarbeiter waren immer so freundlich und willkommen, aber die Dame, die am Samstag arbeitete, hatte eine kalte Persönlichkeit und sie würde mir nicht 10 Cents leihen, so dass ich die Waschmaschine nutzen konnte, ohne den ganzen Weg in die Bank zu gehen, um noch mehr Münzen zu bekommen. Ich hatte 2 Nächte, die ich bereits gezahlt hatte und hätte ihnen die 10 Cents am nächsten Tag zurückgegeben.

Schönes Hotel, das Personal war ausgezeichnet und das Essen im Horizon Club erstaunlich. Hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung danke.
