Ich blieb in dieser Ramada über Nacht und wurde von sehr hilfreich und freundlichem Empfangspersonal begrüßt. Kudos! Ich hatte große Gepäck und konnte, ahem, sie auf die Treppen platzieren (das Hotel hat keine Aufzüge), so hat der Empfangsmann mich schnell ein neues Zimmer. Das Hotel selbst war ein wenig überraschend - ich habe nicht von den Fotos erkannt, dass es als ein US-Motel, mit Parkplätze etc. gefüllt werden würde. Das Zimmer selbst war nur OK - ein wenig verbraucht, aber die Ausstattung - weise alles war vorhanden und richtig - auch WiFi war nicht schlecht. Aber der Service erhöht, was angeblich ein 3-star Score auf 4 Sterne - es ist immer großartig, freundlich und hilfsbereite Empfang zu haben, um Ihre kurze Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr gut. Der Poolbereich ist klein, aber ist im 9. Stock, so hat er einen guten Blick. Gavin bei der Poolbar war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mehr Sitze/Sonnenlounge sind notwendig und mehr Schatten. Wenn die 4 Kabinen ausgezogen würden, wären viel mehr Platz für den Sitz und ein riesiger Schatten könnten aufgestellt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, obwohl es nicht genügend Personal auf dem Abendessen gab. Ich konnte nichts auf dem Menü finden, das ich essen konnte, da ich Lebensmittelintoleranzen habe. Ich musste eine Wächterin suchen und um Hilfe bitten. Dankeschön „Jenny“ sprach mit dem Koch & ich hatte Fisch & Salat. (Es hat immer noch $42, was der Preis für das Fischmahl auf dem Menü war). Wir warten gut über einen Herr für unsere Mahlzeiten & mein Mann’s war nicht, was er bestellt. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass wir so lange warten, er bereit war, es zu essen. Ein wenig enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir hatten nicht Frühstück im Restaurant, da wir nicht in der Lage waren, meine Accor-Karte auf einem öffentlichen Urlaub zu verwenden. Ich kann nicht rechtfertigen, $70 für uns beide zu spenden, wenn es nicht viel Essen für mich gibt. Wir schlossen ein Zimmerservice-Mahl, das gut war.

Wir sagten, ich werde in Verbindung gesetzt, wann das Zimmer verfügbar sein wird. Wir mussten 2 Stunden warten, bevor unser Zimmer bereit war, was um 2 Uhr war. Wir, wo man Schampoane und Körperwasch vermisst, habe ich zu der Rezeption darüber gesprochen und wurde gesagt, dass der Zimmerservice sie uns ablassen wird, Nun, es dauerte sie 2 Tage, um uns nach mehreren Fragen zu kommen. Nicht eine tolle 4-Nacht-Erlebnis diese Zeit um hier zu bleiben.

Wir hatten eine unglückliche Zeit im Oktober 2019, als unser Vater einen vierfachen Herz-Bypass hatte. Wir sahen Orte, um in der Nähe des Liverpool-Krankenhauses zu bleiben. Wir schlossen uns am El Toro in Liverpool zu verbringen. Das Welcome, das wir bekommen, war nichts anderes als AAA Klasse, der Service, den wir im pub und Restaurant, das wieder an das Motel AAA Klasse.Die Mahlzeiten, die wir alle frisch und schön hatten. Zwei der Mitarbeiter zu nennen, obwohl alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich waren Jay und vor allem Cassie ging aus ihrem Weg, um sicherzustellen, dass wir glücklich waren. Ausgezeichnetes Eigentum. Fertig auf einem 5-Sterne-Ebene. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Viel Parkplatz im Eigentum. Wanderweite bis zum Liverpool Hospital. Nur Fragen: Dusche Kopf und Wasserdruck - wahrscheinlich der schlimmste, den ich je in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Ich verstehe 5 Sterne Wasserschutz, aber der Mangel an Strom machte es schwierig, unter der Dusche zu duschen.

Nightcap at Chester Hill Hotel demonstrates excellent reviews from numerous hotel guests. Upon our visit to the pub and entertainment floor at the ground level, the room's interior design was relatively unique and posh. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and well-trained, and they informed us accordingly about the covid restrictions. We want to give special thanks for an excellent demonstration of Ms. Yasmine's Hospitality. Thank you to Ms. Yasmin, who has been helpful and guided us with direction and amenities and gave us a warm welcome, and guaranteed our expectations and concern had been met. Her extraordinary and multinational people skills must be highlighted and recognized -it was a wonderful visit. For all travelers, we are recommended the Night Cap at Chester Hill hotel. Once again, genuinely appreciate the hotel team members, especially Ms. Yasmin. Keep up the good work, I will see you again next time.

Für Australien war es gut, komfortabel, ich brauchte nur früh schlafen, sie ließen mich früh einchecken. Normalerweise übernachte ich in dieser Hotelkette nie in anderen Ländern über teure, sehr einfache und winzige, langweilige Zimmer. Für Sydney war es jedoch für diese Lage gut, es passen auch 3 Personen in ein Zimmer. Trotzdem eine zwielichtige Firma, meine Freundin arbeitete für dieses Hotel als Putzfrau in Elizabeth St. Melbourne 2012, sie bekommen immer chinesische Putzfrauen und zahlen ihnen nie super, nur 10 Dollar pro Stunde. Sehr unethisches Management und Chefs wie dieses Franchise, an diesem Ort habe ich australische Reinigungskräfte gesehen und ich nehme an, sie wurden besser behandelt.

Ich wollte es noch einmal machen. Ich habe ein Zimmer über den Haushalt. Zusammenfassend, der Preis ist super hoch, das nächste Mal in Sydney.

GGuest UserI had high expectations of Capella Sydney after staying multiple times at Capella Bangkok and being treated as though I were the most important person in the hotel, just like all of the other guest who stay there are. The attention to service detail at Sydney location unfortunately failed very short to meet my expectations. The booking process on the website was glitchy and the pricing was inconsistent, sometimes showing pricing including tax sometimes not without indication and only upon receiving confirmation via email from reservations was the price confirmed, which did not match the screenshots of the reservation when I placed the booking so I had to go back and forth with reservations via phone and email to simply confirm the accurate pricing for my stay. After creating an account to log on to their booking platform although the option of modifying the booking was offered, the feature did not work on the site, so you had to cancel the booking and book a new booking if you simply wanted to extend by 1 day. This is before I even arrived at the hotel. When I did arrive, it is of course, no small feat that the restoration of this historic building was carried out with the utmost respect for the architecture, from the flooring material to the fenestration and even the internal grand stair way was brilliantly retro-fitted with current code requirements for the handrail in a historically appropriate yet contemporary solution. The hotel does not have many floors, so I encourage anyone to take the stairs to experience the beauty of the restoration work. The recognition of the strong identity of the urban location and sense of place in Sydney’s CBD offers us a promise, an encounter, as the space of the possible. I wish I could say the same about the interior design. There was a real disconnect between the intent of the architecture and that of the interior design. The decoration at best seemed vague, and so for the guest experience, how could one of have a point of view about the effect of the design? The space of the expectant “possible” relationship I was expecting from the simple activity of stepping into Farrer Place’s south entryway marked Department of Agriculture, as local stories interpreting colonial history with ancestral elements of the Eora people by Waayni artist Judy Watso unfolded, or the sense of expansive freedom through the bronze Palazzo doors on Loftus Street into the latent quiet luxury of the grand stair was lost when I was met with the contrasting designs and colours of the lift lobby vestibule axminster carpet and that of the corridor carpet to the guest rooms, able to be seen in the same frame. Although an argument can be made about eclecticism and the use of curating a collection of exceptional vintage and contemporary objects this was not the case here, it read as a mismatched bric-à-brac (to borrow a Victorian word from the building time period that's true meaning in French means ”any old way” or ”at random”). Einfacher Zugang zur Stadt und besonders, wenn Sie in der Nähe des unteren und oberen Nordküstes zu sein. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück war wirklich gut, das Ding war aufmerksam in speziell Diego, die oben und darüber ging, um unsere Zeit im Hotel sehr angenehm zu machen und immer glücklich versucht, all unsere vielen Anfragen zu befriedigen. Ich werde sicherlich noch einmal dort bleiben.

GGuest User4 night stay for Vivid. Chose this as an Accor member and that it was close to the Harbour. Upgraded to a Prestige Suite, Club benefits and was not disappointed. Yes the building is not new, it’s not like the shiny new hotels in town, but it’s solid and my sleeps were uninterrupted and rarely heard noise from the hall. My Suite 930 was spacious, clean, well appointed, Sofitel Bed topper and electric sockets to plug in my adapters to charge. Like other reviews no USB ports but I’m sure most sensible travellers have an adapter. The Club Sofitel access was the perfect addition. Early check-in and waited with a hot tea while my suite was made up. It was 9:30am but the room was rushed and 30 minutes later I was unpacking. Evening canapés and drinks from 5:30pm. Table drink service by Alley and her dedicated, personable, attentive team. They remember your preferences pretty quickly and it became an oasis from Vivid hoping and sightseeing. My suite completely blocked out the light and slept through 2 alarms, it’s the Sofitel Bed topper. Breakfast at Club Sofitel, peaceful, plenty of options to choose from, salmon and capers to a great gluten free station, eggs cooked to order and a great way to start the day. Try the Dilmah Blood Orange and Eucalyptus tea. Thanks Lara. Afternoon Tea served from 2:30 and daily sandwiches , scones, cakes and complimentary drinks, tea, coffee and soft. On entering the Club Lounge, always a friendly greeting, your preferred drink served and a relaxing space anytime of the day. The Club team really made my stay, they work really hard to make your stay great. Housekeeping always made up my room before my afternoon return. Always a Bonjour as you walked past them in the hall. My stay was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Lobby is grand and the history of this hotel makes her great. Not the newest but I prefer tradition and good honest service. Definitely not the style of hotel for everyone but my expectations were met and exceeded beyond imagination. Club Sofitel is a must. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Das Hotel hat keine Sidney-Voraussetzungen: Es ist einfach, sauber, mit sorgfältiger Empfang -Desk-Personal. Zimmer variieren in Ausstattung und Preis: Ich nahm ein 5th-floor Zimmer mit Blick auf die QVB, kein offenes Fenster, zwei Betten, kleiner, aber nicht weniger Platz als ich brauchte; Aufzug. Ich hatte einen speziellen Preis, in einer „downtime“ für die Gastfreundschaftsindustrie. Das war ein erster Besuch: Das Hotel erfüllte meine Qualitätserwartungen, insbesondere für einen Budget Traveler.

I stayed for a total of 5 nights, Tue and check out on Sunday(7-12 Feb 2023) Plus point -Location is really good , plenty of thai/chinese restaurants and room is huge. -Bed is comfortable, -Yoshie is one that was one more friendly staff that I remembered her name , please give her a raise or wine on me.(she is a Japanese, in case i got her name wrong) Hotel staff, is a on and off experience. The night ones tend to be more ”cold” and the day ones are much better.( again, Yoshie was the ”better” ones, there are more, but I couldnt remember their name) Now on to the exciting part... Tuesday- Checkin day, A smooth day but without hand towels and when I asked for them before leaving the place for a concert. ( they claim they were in laundry or something and I find it hard to believe for a 5 star accommodation) We were without a frying pan as well( they send it up though when i called for it) Wed- Requested for toothbrush/Toiletries and had to request again after waiting for more than an hour, as it was forgotten ,I presumed Thu- Requested to change towel when we went out in morning, nothing was done when we were back in evening. I especially informed the morning reception guys to not forget it, but someone in the middle must have forgotten it. Evening time, The staff upon informing said they will have it there in 10 mins, which they did. By the way, the phone became faulty but I didn't bother to inform as I thought I wont have much trouble with it not in use. I was wrong. Friday- The express cleaning end-up with all the towels taken away and, thats it. We found out when we were back in evening. We were left with no towels and on top of that the phone was not working so I had to go downstairs to inform the reception/staff , on night shift i suppose. Again they said would be there in 10 mins, which more or less they did. Saturday- There was a huge cockroach and I had to kill it myself, informed the staff downstairs but honestly I dont expect change of room or anything, just to feedback. From the above, you can see there were full of dramas and I think these are basic expectations.(especially the towel part) Would I be back there if I ever go Sydney again? Unlikely.

GGuest UserA great place to stay near Light Rail, Chinatown, Central, and shopping. Our room was excellent, and we found the reception staff always welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. It is an excellent hotel for location, for guests who may have difficulty walking up and down sloping streets, as it is in a comparably level area.

EelsamDas Zimmer ist sehr sauber, der Boden ist hoch und das Licht ist gut, die Lage ist sehr gut und leicht zu erreichen, nur ein paar Haltestellen von der Harbour Bridge entfernt. Die Küche und Küchenutensilien sind sehr komplett, eher für Familienausflüge geeignet! !

GGastnutzerHotels in Australien sind teuer. Der Service und die Einrichtungen sind mit denen in China nicht zu vergleichen. Die Zimmergröße beträgt 36P. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick, das ich gebucht habe, liegt in Darling Harbour. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Arbeitskräfte sind zu teuer und es gibt eine große Kluft zwischen W in Sydney und W am Bund (W am Bund beträgt 50 P). Chinesische Online-Mitfahrgelegenheitsfahrer in Sydney sagten, dass niemand Hotelkellner werden möchte, also haben sie es getan kann nur Kellner mit hohem Gehalt einstellen. Die Lage von W ist wirklich gut, die beste Lage in Darling Harbour, direkt neben dem Sofitel. Die Lichter im Zimmer sind dunkel und diesig, und der Flur hat eine Sternenhimmeldecke. Wer es heller mag, mag es vielleicht nicht. Die Badewanne und der Duschraum sind nicht getrennt. Daher sind Nass und Trocken nicht getrennt. Das Frühstück ist komplett im westlichen Stil, was ziemlich reichhaltig ist. Für diejenigen, die nicht an westliches Frühstück gewöhnt sind, wird es unangenehm sein. Da ich mental keine hohen Erwartungen hatte, konnte ich diesen Standard akzeptieren. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, umgeben von Restaurants und ganz in der Nähe von Chinatown.
